Placed an order that was dispatched and recieved in good time, To no fault of Tackle Tavern my item was faulty so after speaking to them they kindly contacted the manufacturer who agreed to refund me, I was given the option to exchange, Credit note or refund only down to quality they refunded me promptly, will deffo use this company again thanks again to Tackle Tavern.

I had an issue with a pre loved pole where one of the sections had a slight crack and Nick managed to sort everything out contacted matrix and ordered me a new section for a resolution which I was very happy with.

TT let me know as soon as the kits for my pole became available by email .. I could easily just had them sent to my address as their delivery service is exceptional as well .. 👍but decided to take a trip to bicester and the store . On arrival my kits were to hand but couldn’t leave without having a good look around and buy a little tackle as that was 10 % of as well . Brilliant service thanks TT

Top fishing tackle shop always lots of stock with great products 👍 items always get delivered in a couple of days. I had a small problem with some bolies what was an easy mistake to make at there end . I ordered sticky manilla active bolies they send me sticky manilla. The Preloved section is always worth keeping an eye on as they have some great stuff, just don't hang about it their stock seems to move fast.

I purchased maggots and worms from the tackle tavern a number of times in the past and on2 of the most recent purchases I have had reason to complain due to short measures. On the first occasion Cameron the shop manager assured me it was because of the size of the bait box used for measuring being undersized, by my measurements it was only 3/4 of a pint. He told me the issue would be resolved and wouldn't happen again. A few weeks later exactly the same thing, emailed the shop, the reply implied that the issue had not been resolved, but I was assured that it would be dealt with and if I'd like to pop in the shop I would be looked after, nothing happen no discount no apology. Now here we are again maggot and worm time, 3 pints of maggots and 2 tubs of worm at £4 each purchased today. Get home to find that the maggots look like they haven't been cleaned of, loads of skins and dark brown sawdust. Once I cleaned them off through a pinkies riddle they appear to be at least 2 weeks old and there were only 2 pints. As for the worms I opened both tubs to find 9 in one pot and 11 in the other. Now I know that I cant be the only one who is being ripped off big time by this bunch of cowboys. People don't buy you bait from here it's total shite and your only getting 3/4 of what you pay for, and on top of that they managed to overcharge me by £4.00.
Tackle tavern are an absolute joke.

Bad service orderd a Nash moon chair what was up for close to retail value described as good condition .
Upon arrival I found it is scratched all over ripped and dryer up bait in chair pocket and legs also coverd in mud .
No help with customer service just a rude reply
