I ordered a gift box
I ordered a gift box, which said it would arrive in 5 business days. We are past that, and I emailed asking for a status update. No one has emailed me back! Nor did I receive shipping updates like I was promised. My dad is currently in town through Sunday, and I have no present to give him. Incredibly disappointing.

Received as a gift
Received as a gift, no idea why anyone would use them when they don't actually supply any of the experiences themselves, they just drop ship from viator. The package i Received is limited to a single experience, but we tend to buy multiple small tasting tour experiences. Reviews are limited to the experiences themselves not the platform. Minimal honest Web Reviews other than social media type posts presumably from paid for influences.
Definitely not for me.

Thanks for the response, all sorted now, I refused the gift and they received a refund, I have no interest in receiving 'tinggly credit' why would I book with a drop shipper who just sells another companies service and presumably takes a cut?

Once you get the hang of it
Once you get the hang of it, fairly easy to navigate. Would like an option for a gift card. So, the amazing people at Tinggly reached out to me to show me where I could have added a message to the recipients of the gift box. I mean the screenshot and drew a circle around it! Who does that!! Best customer service ANYWHERE! My mistake and they made an offer to fix it for me. Again, who does that?! Everybody is getting Tinggly boxes from now on. If I could rate Tinggly 10 ⭐ I would. Great customer support
Besides offering a very clever gift solution, they provide stellar customer support. I’d paid extra so the recipient would receive a physical gift box, but I’d unfortunately provided a defunct PO Box mailing address. Through the tracking number provided, I knew the PO had returned the package to Tinggly. (Meanwhile my order acknowledgement included an electronic version I could share.) I opened a support ticket via chat and thought it would be a long, drawn-out process but au contraire, I received prompt email support from a personable human. I provided a new address and the package was re-sent the same day. The recipient loves her gift. Besides providing an experience for her, it will give her ideas for everyplace she travels.

I had two discount codes that were sent to me by email. One was for Halloween, which gave an error, and the other was for a first purchase, which was correct but wasn't applied at checkout.

Can not and will not recommend
I recently took a tour from Madrid to Toledo and Segovia, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The tour description promised that we would learn about the history of these incredible cities, but this was largely not the case.
Our guide in Toledo, Carlos, seemed disinterested and didn’t provide much information unless we specifically asked questions. When we arrived in Segovia, we were assigned a new guide who was almost the same—again, minimal guidance, and we were basically left to explore on our own and return at a set time.
The positive reviews I’ve read about this tour left me hopeful, but it seems I may have just had the misfortune of getting two guides who were less engaged than expected. Additionally, you don’t get to see much on this tour, as there is very little structured explanation, which made the experience feel rushed and disorganized.
Honestly, had I known this would be the case, I would have visited Toledo and Segovia independently and spent less while having a more flexible experience.
Save your money and book another tour.
