Once I figured it out, it was pretty easy.
At the beginning, it wasn't too straight forward.
We then discovered a $25 gift card is NOT accepted!
If you are looking for a small dinner, this probably isn’t the best choice!

I had missed the spot for a message in my gift. I called right away. I was met with kindness and enthusiasm.From a person! I was told customer service would reach out and fix the problem. The next morning I woke up to an email ready to help. They were able to add the message and shipped it out right away. A follow up email came right after, from a real person. Incredible customer service and product!

Tinggly flat out lies about refund or exchange.
Tinggly flat out lies on their website about the tours they sell being refundable or exchangeable. (“Easy refund. Free exchange.”) When we needed to change a tour we signed up for, we were told that their contract with their subcontractor, who actually provided the tours, does not allow for an exchange or refund. We had several conversations trying to explain that we just want the promise that’s on their website of an exchange or refund, but they just refused. No one should ever do business with this company. They do not tell the truth and cannot be trusted!!

After carefully reviewing the case, we can confirm that our customer support team responded to all correspondence in a timely manner and provided clear explanations in line with our Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are presented and must be accepted before a booking can be completed.
As is standard across experience-booking platforms, cancellation policies vary depending on the individual experience provider. The applicable cancellation policy is clearly displayed on both the experience page and during the booking process, allowing customers to review this information before confirming a booking.
Refunds and exchanges are available for unbooked vouchers within 30 days of purchase. However, once a voucher has been booked, these options are no longer applicable. This policy is clearly outlined on our website and within our Terms & Conditions.
We understand that situations like this can be frustrating. That said, the relevant policies were transparently communicated prior to booking, and the decision to proceed with a non-refundable experience was made at the time of booking. We offer a wide range of experiences with different cancellation terms to provide flexibility and choice, and customers are always free to select options that best suit their preferences.

I inadvertently charged an experience to my credit card instead of using a gift from a family member to be used on Tinggly as part of a planned trip.
Customer Service agent Laura R. sorted it out, reversed the credit card charge and advised the correct way to redeem my gift. Very grateful for her assistance. Here is hoping that I do this correctly , using her advice

Ridiculous, wasted hours looking for anything useful on this website a company wasted money giving me this gift and its worthless
Complete con. Its more an advert for some trips. One you pay a ridiculous amount of money for. Tinggly don't provide tours or experiences they just direct you to people who could provide them. They claim value in this however in the examples I looked at, I could buy the same package directly with experience firms cheaper than using my voucher, so the voucher itself had negative value. Having been given a gift voucher someone paid $99 for I discovered its worth a negative amount so I may as well throw it away. Add to that I found such a limited number of things anywhere that I'd ever consider.

Delivery Headaches, Good Product
The delivery company delivered to a community mailbox in my condo that I have no access to. I am disabled and ASKED the driver to bring to my door when he buzzed my apt. code and he ignored this request. I finally received the product with the help of my Condo management; however, I was pleased that Tinggly offered to assist me in resolving the problem as soon as they were aware. I am very pleased with Tinggly's product, including it's impressive presentation and their service. However, I would like to see all online companies provide a place to input delivery instructions to pass on to their servers as my experience with the delivery company was most unsatisfactory especially since I had just been released from the hospital Dec. 1, 2025 after surgery and was very ill.

Problem resolved swiftly - thank you
I haven't used my voucher yet - I look forward to doing so - however on holiday in Thailand I had a slight hiccup (my fault) with a booking that I had to resolve with the local operator and Tinggly combined. Aušrinė sorted it out really quickly at the Tinggly end and restored the voucher back in full.
I would like to thank her and the Tinggly team for their help.

Deceptive Sales Practices
I'm put off by what appears to be an out and out lie. Their box called Merry Christmas 🔷 Limited Edition says right on it "For 2 people". However, it's not. It's one experience. I was about to buy it as a gift until I read the fine print. Buyer beware!
