Two experiences, two amazing adventures!
My husband had been give two Tinggly gift cards. We have been able to book experiences using both gift cards and the process was so easy. We picked our experience and then booked it. It was smooth and easy. Being able to filter the search for experiences was great and there are so many to choose from. The vendors work well with Tinggly and there were no problems. The experiences we chose turned out to be amazing experiences! Thank you!

Great recovery after initial fumble.
After a shipping debacle the staff, particularly Laura, saved the day and did the right thing. If the logistics wasn’t an issue this would be a 5 star review, I will order order again.

Activity Selection and Helpful and Responsive

I purchased a gift box for someone as a wedding present. The website was easy to navigate and I got the box for a great price. Delivery was incredibly fast (arrived within 48 hours of purchasing) and it was well packaged. Obviously I can't comment on the booking experience as it's a gift, but it seems like a great concept. Assuming there's no issues with the receiver booking experiences, it's the perfect gift!

Website was very user friendly which I appreciated. Process went very smoothly. I would like to see more Gay/Lesbian pictures or settings on the cover of the gift boxes since this was for a lesbian couple. But overall it was 5 star experience.

I was struggling to think/find a gift for my sister’s wedding- I came across Tinggly and it was a perfect gift idea! I was cautious because it sounded too good to be true- my sister and her soon to be husband are big travelers and love to go on adventures. After reading the reviews and researching a little bit- I decided to go for it! I am sure it will be a hit and I can’t wait to see where/what they pick. The gift box looks really pretty and it was super easy to send it directly to them.

Third Party Grift Making It Harder to Actually Book
Booked an experience and waited well over 72 hours for confirmation and gift card to use at the restaurant we selected. It got to the point where it was the day of and we still did not have details required. In addition, in the FAQ they say they will book the experience, but upon reaching out to support they told us we had to make the reservation (I would provide the FAQ Link as the evidence does exist if you search for it, but Trust Pilot doesn't allow links in posts). This was never outlined and the place we selected was a popular spot in which reservations are not easy to come by. Buyer beware with this organization, they have poor direction and response time. It would be easier to just go direct to the experience provider than to book through this third party monstrosity.
