I've used Timeless Moments twice and have been very happy with the results both times. The charging structure is very fair and the quality of the digitised footage is good.

Excellent service. I was worried about sending the family cine films by post so took them to Ian in Ilkeston. He did say that there he'd never had any problems with the postal service. I had several films digitised and put on to memory card and the quality was excellent.

An excellent, helpful and friendly service carried out in a very proficient manner.
I was naïve in what I was wanting doing in having some old cine film turned to digital. I needn't have worried, all was explained in a easy to understand manner and the subsequent work carried out within the timespan quoted.
I have more to do and will certainly be returning.

I came across Timeless Moments and decided to give them a try as I found some old school concert videos of my late daughters and was initially going to send only a video to check them out. I called and spoke to Ian who explained the process and what he hoped he could achieve with our films after that conversation I sent all the vhs and the camcorder tapes and I am over the moon with the results. I have been able to see my son and daughter growing up together even though they can't grow old together.
Footage I did not even remember having are all the more priceless now. To see so many long lost loved ones brings back memories of a much happier time. Words can’t express how delighted we are with your work on our video. The quality is unbelievable and seems to us in many cases to be better than the original. As I have written before it has taken years for me to get round to sending it to you for your attention but, as it has turned out, that was undoubtedly a good move as the latest software you have used to correct so many defects in the originals, is truly magical. Our tapes went back over 35 years and we now have grandchildren older than our children were when our earliest video was taken. I can’t wait for them to see it.

Having inherited my grandfathers cine films which had not been stored in ideal conditions and after many internet searches I came across Timeless Moments and decided to give them a try and was initially going to send only one reel to check them out. I called and spoke to Ian who explained the process and what he hoped he could achieve with our films after that conversation I sent all the reels and I must say even though some were a bit worse for wear Ian has brought them all back to life, my aunt has been able to see her 1960's wedding which no one had seen for over 40 years. The films have been brought back to life and some are so life like and to see those long lost family members and friends again has been a wonderful experience for all our family. I have a number of VHS videos which had copies of old family cine films. To preserve these for future viewing I needed them converted to a digital format. Following advice I contacted Timeless Moments and arranged to send the videos. These were returned recently together with a memory stick containing the mp4 files resulting from the transfer. Timeless Moments have done an excellent job converting the analogue videos to a digital format and at a very reasonable cost. I would certainly recommend their services.

Ian at Timeless Moments transferred a cine film of my 1968 wedding to digital format. The result was a moving experience, seeing family and friends as they were 56 years ago and taking pleasure editing the footage.
The process was straightforward, Ian was very helpful and the price (which included the optional digital upgrade) was very reasonable. Besides, these memories from the past are priceless.
I will certainly return to Timeless Moments if I have any need to transfer older formats to digital.

I entrusted Ian to transfer several thousands of feet of old cine film into mp4 format. I'm delighted with the results! Ian is obviously very skilled at what he does. His communication was excellent throughout - and this was a large project. I also took advantage of the Proteus AI treatment- well worth the investment as it considerably enhances the old footage. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Timeless Moments to anyone wanting to transfer old media into digital.

If you are reading this then you are probably considering sending your precious memories away whether it be film,slide or audio for transfer to digital format. I have sent to Ian, cine film and most recently reel to reel tape. I have been delighted with the outcome on both occasions. Communication is excellent and it is wonderful to bring lost voices and images to the here and now. I don't hesitate in recommending Timeless Moments.

I had cine film from the 1970's and first used Timeless Moments in 2008.

Time marches on and although some of my original cine film that was converted to AVI in 2008, I would get what I had left Re-Done.

And the results?

Very good and I'm very happy.

I just wish I had kept all my old cine film now. Hey Ho.

We had a VHS tape of our wedding from 1985 which had snapped during rewinding. With the demise of analogue machines over time we had been unable to watch the video for the past 20 years. Indeed we wondered if would ever be able to watch the tape again. Along came Timeless Moments who was recommended to us by our friend who had a great experience using the company. We contacted the MD, Ian who could have not been more caring, helpful and understanding. In a matter of weeks he has repaired and transferred the video tape to digital.
