I came to Ian with a box full of slides and cinefilm that stretched back to my great grandparents, to have them converted as a surprise birthday present for my Mum. To say we were blown away with the results is an understatement, and the laughter and tears they generated will be remembered for many years to come. Ian did an incredible job of converting everything with professionalism, sensitivity and care. I cannot recommend Ian highly enough, his comms and level of service were second to none. As a family we are indebted to him for the work he carried out, and will be forever grateful that these old slides and films have now been safely immortalised. Thank you so much again Ian, we really really appreciate it.

Ian provides an excellent and personal service. During a recent holiday I called on Ian with over 60 films (in various formats) to digitalise within the span of my 15 day holiday.He did so at some personal cost to his usual free time. The results were excellent and he retained copies on his "cloud" until I detailed those I wanted enhanced to an even higher resolution.He completed as promised and posted them back on a HD left with him. Highly recommended and 5 stars seems inadequate!!

I had the full process clearly explained and the results lived up to all expectations. It was great to see again images I hadn't been able to access for over 50 years.

I found some old cine films taken in the 60s and 70s by my Dad. Absolute joy to see them digitalised, especially since I was able to show them to one of their old friends just before she died.

Ian transferred badly stored Cine film to data stick and enhanced the quality of the original film to make it a pleasurable viewing experience. I’d definitely recommend Timeless Moments.

Timeless Moments Recreated! Absolutely delighted to get an old 16mm family movie which I found in the garage converted to MP4. Revisiting 1960 literally brought tears to my eyes! Over the last few years I've had many batches of old Kodak slides converted to .jpg by Timeless Moments - Ian provides a great service and I definitely recommend this company.

I had two audio reels converted to digital as a gift to my mum for her birthday. These had been sitting untouched since their recording in the mid-1960s so I wasn't sure what condition they'd be in. However, Ian did the most wonderful job, carefully putting my mind at ease to ship them there and back safely.
I surprised my mum with the audio, with her hearing her grandparents' and parents' voices as they were in her childhood, and I hearing my great-grandparents for the very first time. I can't thank you enough for this gift and will be back with more soon!

I had a vast number of super 8 cine films and old VHS/camcorder tapes covering a very important and memorable part of my life with my late wife and our 2 sons from 1974 to around 2000.
3,172 feet of cine film ( over 1,000 yards = six-tenths of a mile ) and 61 tapes. WOW !!
Due to Ian’s incredible technical skills they have now been preserved for all my family and for some of my close friends.
I made 2 brilliant decisions. On a very strong recommendation to ask Ian and Timeless Moments to do all the work, including their Rolls Royce treatment of full HD and frame rate increase to hide my poor photographic and IT skills.

Ian transferred two Nativity plays and a senior school play from video to USB. The originals were made in the 1980s so the quality wasn't good to start with but Ian has transformed them. My children don't know I've done this, so it will be a big surprise at Christmas. PS Ian's service is excellent value.

He recently transferred some old camcorder films on to a memory stick for me. It was a last minute decision, on my part, to show some images of my daughter as a child, on her 30th birthday celebrations,

Just when i had given up on ever being able to digitise Kodak "Disc" negatives (15 per disc) i had the fortune to stumble across Timeless Moments whilst searching for a transfer service. Ian put a lot of effort into designing a system to scan these tiny (10mm x 10mm) negatives into a digital format. The results were remarkable and well worth the very reasonable costs involved. I had cine films,VHS tapes and audio cassettes from the 60s,70s and 80s converted and put onto a USB stick and I am delighted with the result.
I was particularly impressed with the side-by-side comparison with the Proteus upgrade before agreeing to the extra cost. It is well worth the money.

always so old and crotchety.

I can not thank Ian enough for transferring my homemade videos onto a usb stick. I was told previously by someone else that due to the condition of the videos there wouldn't be worth doing, but then I spoke to Ian who was more than happy to have a look at them who saved so much of my family memories. Expertly transferred 80 year old cine film to digital media. This included adding leader to a small length of cine film. Their service is excellent. I've used them twice and would do so again.
