Excellent service, prompt and reasonably priced. Sound quality was amazing considering the reel was nearly 60 years old.

I've used Timeless Moments several times, to digitise both mid- and late- 20th Century cine films, and also a video-cassette film of a school play (c2000). Each time the service and result has been excellent -- and with helpful, friendly and professional communications from Ian all through. I contacted Ian when we found some old cine film at Dad’s and wanted to see what it contained. The results were fabulous and Dad was overjoyed to see his parents again and what was thought to be lost memories. I wasn't sure where to take my old cine films to be developed but stumbled across the website and found it to be very informative and also local. Ian was super helpful and I can't thank him enough for doing such a great job. Some of the films were so old but Ian managed to convert them and the quality was much better than I could imagine. My Mum absolutely loves having those memories back on her phone that she can watch whenever she wants. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely delighted with the results. The cine films were over fifty years old and it is about that length of time since I viewed them, as my uncle wqas the only one in the family with a projector.

My family have used Timeless Moments for years, as my parent's bought their first cine camera in 1961 a hobby they continued until 2017. There are still more films to convert. They will be going to Timeless Moments as they always do a brilliant job.
