Within 12 hours of placing an order for some concert tickets (which was so simple to do) a draft was emailed back for approval. A small amendment was needed which I phoned them about and within an hour the new design was sent over. Brilliant service and so helpful! Arrived next day and couldn't believe just how professional they were. I would have paid £100's to have got them designed elsewhere yet just paid £19 for these! Fabulous and will certainly use this company for all our other events from now on. Even the envelopes looked fabulous.

I wanted wristbands for our first big gig and these were great. There were many colour options of plain, marbled, patterned or printed. The wristbands were strong and easy to use. The parcel arrived very quickly and were well wrapped which was handy as the weather was awful. I will be using Ticket Alternative for wristbands and other products in the future.

I had a complicated order that needed to be processed asap. Ticket alternative talked me through everything and were more than willing to accomodate changes. I received everything quicker than I could have hoped and the wristbands look great! Very happy.

Despite having a good product, I have received close on 10 e-mails (most automatically generated) from one order even though I asked not to subscribe to mailings. This asked for reviews, and even offered to sign me up to the mailing list again which I purposely asked it not to do via a check box at the time of order. If you can get over the amount of junk mail then the products are good, even if slightly more expensive than rivals.

As it was for charity do we didn't have a lot to spend, but the quality and speed of delivery was fantastic, my artwork was also improved to look even better! Overall fantastic *****
