I ordered gig tickets for my wedding invitations along with VIP wristbands for the guests to wear. I must say I am absolutely delighted with Ticket Alternative! Right from the get go when I needed help downloading the template I phoned their customer service number which is free and they answered straight away and were very helpful and friendly! Even when I phoned back again because I couldn't find the right wristband on the website I had the same great experience. I placed my order and within about half an hour received a preview of the tickets which I gave the go ahead to. I paid for 1-3 day Royal mail signed delivery and they arrived the very next morning! I am thrilled with the finished product. They are excellent quality and the tickets even have a bar code on the front and a hologram and disclaimer on the back. They are fabulous. I will definitely be recommending your company to all of my friends and will definitely use your services again. 5 stars!

After researching tyvek wristbands on the net I came across Ticket Alternative and not only were they the most competitively priced, they also offered a greater variety of colours and options.

My order was placed online and was delivered the very next day. Running a small print broker business I wish all of my suppliers delivered so quickly!

Delighted with our tickets, really easy ordering and template instructions, very fast service with confirmation e mail the next day and delivery the following day. Also, good price. Great selection of designs.....just wish you did posters , t shirts and banners too, as we would get everything from you

Ordered some personalised wristbands on a Saturday, the proof was with me shortly afterwards. The Monday was a bank holiday but the tickets were with me on Tuesday morning.

All in all excellent service, from start to finish, quick postage, excellent design, exactlywhat I wanted. Very easy to use. No reservations at all. Would recommend to anyone.

The service was great, they came on next day delivery, the product was just how I wanted and of high quality, great price too. The only thing I would say is I couldn't find the area for uploading images, but that may just have been me being blind.
