This is THE program! I've played sports for over a decade at a high level, and have worked out in between seasons. My lower back was always troublesome and in pain. Stumbled upon Grant's page a few years ago, and I've been taken care of ever since.

After weeks of feeling dismissed by my own GP I did my own research on disc herniation and came across RehabFix on Instagram. I followed alot of the exercises and advice on the page and that input helped me become more confident in my back movements and encouraged me to move more. I now exercise and stretch everyday...I even lift weights now after not being able to carry my own handbag due to my back pain. Thank you RehabFix!

I've been on the program for three weeks and the pain in my right leg is almost gone. It's important to acknowledge that this is not magic; it requires effort and consistency to follow the stretches and exercises they assign you each week, which is definitely worth it. I used to do random stretches, and they clearly taught me the right order of stretches I needed to do. As for my concern, the knowledge of guiding you in the right direction instead of just doing random exercises and addressing the real cause of the problem is worth it. I recommend it 100%.

I do a lot of sports and have had trouble with my lower back for as long as I can remember. I tried stretching, foamrolling and whatnot but to no avail. I’ll be brief, I worked with Grant back when RehabFix was just him.

Had back pain for almost a decade. Saw 7 different doctors/PT’s/Chiro’s and no-one could help me (Suggested drugs, surgery etc).

The program is very expensive. Grant's free YouTube channel videos are as effective and informative.

Saw Rehabfix via instagram and made contact with Grant. We discussed my issues and I decided to start the program. Constant communication and check ins to track my progress. I have been in the program for two months and am so happy with my results. After just a couple weeks the back pain I had been dealing with on a daily basis for years as well as the intense pain that happened from my last flair up have both settled down. After a decade of chiropractors this was the best solution for my situation. In just 6 months my back went from not being able to exercise to lifting heavy. It’s not a cure but offers a great solution for those not wanting surgery.
