I started off watching the videos on Instagram, and I never thought I could do any of the exercises. I continued to follow the instructions, and slowly became more comfortable with the exercises and movements.

I signed up for the program because I knew the exercises were helping with my sciatica pain, and I wanted dig deeper into the cause of my pain. My initial consultation was ok but my first assessment was mind blowing.

The knowledgeable staff answered all my questions and helped me with a tailored plan to help me continue to improve. I am an old school gym guy who didn’t take stretching serious until it was too late.

Thanks to my tailored program and the support of the staff I am well on my way to a healthy recovery. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone suffering from back pain.

I invested $1,000 for the four-week trial with Rehab Fix because I was looking for a truly customized rehab solution for my specific issues. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the level of personalization I expected for the investment.

The exercises and recommendations felt more like a generalized program rather than a plan built around my individual situation. I did not feel I received the level of assessment, customization, and progression that I was expecting.

At the end of the trial, I participated in an exit conversation with the sales representative. When I explained that I did not want to continue, the conversation felt more like a sales effort to change my decision rather than an evaluation of whether the program was the right fit. I also felt my decision was reframed as if I was not holding up my end of the trial agreement, rather than simply choosing not to move forward because the program did not meet my expectations.

After that conversation, I was surprised to see an attempted charge of approximately $5,000 to my credit card. Thankfully, my credit card company declined the transaction. I contacted Rehab Fix immediately, and the account manager apologized and addressed the issue. However, having a charge attempt occur after I had communicated that I was not continuing was very concerning and added to my disappointment with the overall process.

Another disappointment was that once I ended the trial, my access to the program was removed and I could no longer review the materials and exercises from the program I had already paid for during the trial period.

Continuing with Rehab Fix would have brought my total investment to approximately $6,000. Based on my experience during the trial, I did not feel that additional commitment was justified.

The staff members I interacted with were professional, but overall the experience did not match what I was expecting from a high-investment, personalized rehab program. I recommend anyone considering Rehab Fix ask very detailed questions about customization, billing procedures, continued access to materials, and exactly what happens if you decide not to continue before making a significant financial commitment.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! From my initial assessment with Sam, to months of progress with Josh, and now building strength with Jonathan, I am incredibly impressed. The RehabFix team is knowledgeable, professional, and attentive.
Thanks to them, I walk better, stand taller, and have less pain, which drastically improved my mood. I also lost weight, toned up, and became more conscious of my nutrition. They offer ultimate support and are always accessible via call, text, or Zoom.
You have to put in the work, but this team will be your ultimate coaches. If you commit to RehabFix, you will reduce your pain and regain your mobility. I don't know where I would be today without them!

What a joke..I am a doctor..he treated like a child lecturing about not watching his videos..I have a busy life and spend time with my children, coaching and bring in their lives..he essentially hung up less than 10 mins into a zoom call that I initiated to see if I would like to use his services..because I told him..I was there to learn about his program not be lectured about not watching his videos..he is totally unprofessional, aggogant and obviously takes things very personally. Avoid at all costs!@ And now he is trying to lie and put it on me, take responsibility for your actions. He also threatened me by tell me he would recruit his followers to try to destroy my business , I mean what type of person does that??? I have the proof in a text from him by the way. And he knows it.

Coach Gomez was amazing and helpful. He was very professional and responsive to all of our questions. We decided to go with Rehab Fix to treat my mother's low back. She went to the hospital twice were she was given steroids and pills to take after. Things such as walking and lifting anything would cause horrible pain. She now goes to the gym, has went back to hobbies, and can walk for miles and not have low back pain issues. We are very grateful for this opportunity of working with Coach Gomez and Dr Grant and the team at Rehab Fix. Thank you. :)

I am 7 weeks into the program. My trainer, Jonathan, is knowledgeable and has explained what is going on and the exercises well. He has been very encouraging and when certain exercises weren't going well, he took the time to re-access my movements and change some of the exercises, which improved my situation greatly. I am looking forward to the next phase in a couple of weeks!

RehabFix gave me exercises that slowly stretched and strengthened my body to where I had more mobility, less pain and I’m able to move with freedom. Thanks to the amazing physiotherapy treatment I received, my pain has significantly reduced and my movement has greatly improved. The physiotherapist took the time to understand my condition and provided personalized, effective care. I am very grateful and would highly recommend this clinic.

I found rehab fix at the perfect time. My back was hurting so much and for so long that I was about to go see a doctor which would have inevitably led to surgery, which I have not heard good things about in regards to disk hernia. One day I was looking at different PT exercises I could do to help with the pain in my back and the sciatica. I found Rehab Fix, and let me tell you my back pain and sciatica was completely gone 12 weeks after I started the program. The work outs were great and they tailored them to each individuals condition. If you are serious about getting help and will actually put in the work to follow what your coach says. Then rehab fix is the best for you and it WILL work!

When I signed up with RehabFix, I was at my wits end to know what to do or where to start with fixing my stabbing lower back pain! I enrolled with the 3-month plan in which my communication was via messaging within the app. My questions and concerns were met with prompt replies. They tailored my exercises to meet my specific needs. They are truly knowledgeable and using sound theraputics, my back kept getting better and better! The assessment session was very informative and well worth the time. It’s a low stress session doing a few exercises to assess mobility and flexibility. Nothing painful and all done in the comfort of your own home.
Sam was exceptionally helpful and is well knowledgeable in his craft with the anatomy of the body and spine and how it functions. My takeaway is the hips and lower spine need to work together or else low pack pain will continue being present.
