Enrolling in the Rehab Fix program was a life-changing decision. I suffered from debilitating sciatica due to a 12mm ruptured disc that had sequestered into my spinal cavity, as revealed by an MRI. A neurosurgeon recommended a discectomy, but I was hesitant about surgery. After following Dr. Grant Elliot’s Facebook videos for a year and trying some exercises, I opted for a consultation with his team. I was paired with Dr. Alec, who guided me through a personalized program via regular one-on-one Zoom calls. Dr. Alec’s expertise and support were exceptional, helping me eliminate my sciatica pain entirely. Beyond relief, I gained valuable knowledge about my condition and effective strategies to prevent recurrence. I wholeheartedly recommend the Rehab Fix program to anyone seeking to address the root cause of their back issues, rather than just masking symptoms.

Great program that is easy to understand and follow. I had multiple injuries in my neck, shoulder, and back. RehabFix helped give me the tools to alleviate the pain and heal those injuries.

The specialists I worked with had great communication and answered all of my questions. The program they put together felt like it was specifically catered to my needs. When I was encountering issues with certain movements, they would either guide me through how to do it correctly, or adjust the exercises accordingly.

Seemed legit at first. At least worth a try during the free consultation. I felt like I was being manipulated the whole time. He could hardly answer the questions I had with any depth. He asked for my card number over video call in order to schedule me for an assessment, which is an absolute red flag. I obviously declined.

Some of the content might be helpful, but you can find it for free on YouTube videos, or meet with an in person physical therapist who actually cares about you and isn't there to use your ailment to get more money.

My hour with Grant was well spent. He assessed my situation with a few strategic exercise/stretches that determined the origin of my pain.
You have a choice, try hundreds of online videos or go right to the source of experience and relief with Grant and his team.

Grant was awesome! Answered any question I had. Was very informative about why my sciatica acted up and how to relieve it. Would definitely recommend especially if you are willing to commit to a specialized program he and his team would personalize just for you with check-ins on your progress and access to communicate at any time.

RehabFix, David Martin and Alec Domjan were kind and professional. Alec was helpful, giving me lots of information without being pushy. I'm not in a financial position to go forward at this time, but Alec was caring, knowledgeable and competent. I believe he cared about my well-being beyond the sales "pitch" which wasn't really even a pitch. He asked about my postural issues, told me how RehabFix could help and answered my questions about the program. I believe RehabFix has a tried and true plan to help people restore mobility, increase physical well-being, decrease pain, without pushy sales gimmicks. I signed up for a consultation session and their free manual on their main website. I followed through multiple hoops they make you jump through to eventually gain your facebook subscription. Their manuals are scarce and hard to actually locate and during the "free" consultation session it's a high pressured sales job to sign you up for 6 months of online training for exerrcises that are mostly readily available online. I documented the whole process because they said my last review was faked and forced Trust Pilot to remove it. You don't actually have to be a customer of any business to review their marketing, website, or anything like that per Trust Pilot's policies that are readily available on their site, so don't fall for the pressure to remove your review just because you managed to save thou$ands of dollars from avoiding this over priced scheme. This time I documented all of the process, video and screen shots to prove I went through their marketing funnel and to warn anyone that you can get better service IN person with an *actual* physical therapist than be hard sold on $5000-$6000 of online training over 6 months. A good physical therapist will resolve your sciatica in much less time at a fraction of the cost and you don't need a doctor to see one.

I came across RehabFix looking for help with what was diagnosed as acute spinal stenosis by doctors in my VA hospital ER. I had gone there in the early morning when my wife called 911 because I was screaming in excruciating pain unlike anything I had ever felt.
I count myself extremely fortunate to have found RehabFix on YouTube. I followed along with Grant as he demonstrated and explained some exercises he was doing. I could tell right away that this was different from other sciatica exercises I had tried. Having followed RehabFix exercises I am now 90+% free of pain! I no longer have pain everyday. Want to let you know coach that my last MRI on my back was a massive success. This was something I didn’t think was possible. From left L5,L4, SI disk protrusion, sciatic nerve on both sides and right side disk bulge sciatic - the MRI said there is nothing wrong the L5,L4, SI (disk protrusion, bulge), degenerative has slowed down only this is arthritis in the region. All this cause of what you made me accountable for by doing your program. Life is way better including sleep, mobility and general life - Thank you large from up here in Canada!

RehabFix is an excellent alternative for those looking to avoid surgery and improve their physical health. The exercises are effective, the program is accessible, and it provides the support necessary to ensure you're doing things correctly. If you're dealing with pain or trying to recover from an injury, this program is definitely worth considering.

So helpful, patient, and kind. Spent 1.5 hours with me. He listened to my issues, guided me through exercises, and helped me come up with a plan for my rehab. So worth it!

I must Thank Dr.Grant for all of his help. at a time where I had gotten a back injury back in early april of 2024 after a Deadlifting PR. My back was fine but went to a river and slipped pulling my Hamstring and flaring my sciatica and swelling my S.I Joint. I didn't have the money for treatment at the time. I came across Rehab Fix IG page and started watching the free reels that Dr.Grant provides.

I started doing all the streches. 3 times a day. And wouldn't you know 2 months in with no help, to 2 weeks of streches got me back to where I needed to be. I now have reached new PRs. New physique that I had never attained before, and I still do everything I learned from him til the day of today. It works! If you need a Doc that will actually help. Try his method. The coaching was great! As long as you do the work and the exercise routines daily, you will see results.
It's an up and down journey, some weeks you feel good and other you don't. But you start to feel less pain as it goes on.

Had chronic sciatic pain for over a year and having a program like RehabFix gave me an incredibly easy structure to follow in a program with access to my coaches. It’s expensive, but you can work with your coaches as much or as little as you need. Get your money’s worth! They were extremely helpful and quick to modify anything based on my needs or if something changed. I not only am almost completely pain free, I have an incredible amount of tools and exercises to keep my back healthy.

I HAD NOTHING TO LOSE SO $97 WAS A SMALL PRIZE TO PAY FOR A CHANCE AT RELIEF. I had my assessment with Sam. But let me just say in all candor this gentleman was intelligent, experienced helpful, and well-versed in all things back related. In short, he gave me some exercises to do and I’m feeling better after day one honestly it’s a slight improvement, but I know if I continue to do the work, I’m gonna get better Honestly what do you have to lose people but your back pain!!! The exercises they have me doing has truly helped strengthen my back and I have a lot less pain than I’ve had for four years.

It was a pleasant step by step experience in which I lear a lot how to address and reduce my back pain and what to do to remain pain free.

Dr. Elliot has great and helpful videos that are accessible to all. When you start to learn more about the class, they do a 15 minute call to determine if the program will fit for you. My call was with Jonathon and he was extremely professional and kind. During his fact finding, he seemed to genuinely care about my day to day life. Afterwards, you set up a 1 hour assessment call. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn’t able to complete this assessment but they worked with me in order to give me a full refund. They were all great to talk with through the entire process.
