Quality products! I mainly use pods due to always being on the go in my day-to-day life.
That being said, I ordered online at the Hemp Collect for the first time after purchasing Mountain Herb Co. pods in-store from my local dispensary for a little under a year now. This time around, I got the Black Sheep pods Lemon Diesel and Blue Cookies. Both the BS and MHC pods are a smooth pull and don't irritate my throat like flower does. You do still get that lil cough at the end, but yet again, it's almost nothing in comparison. That...might just be a skill issue on that one, lol. User error.
The flavors are also very nice in comparison to other brands I've tried. It doesn't taste like someone who smelled cannabis in their past life tried to, in this life, recreate it as a flavor without ever actually trying it (i.e. yucky, unimpressive, artificial and vile). Instead, the taste is pleasant, unoffensive to the palate, and natural, like Gaia intended.
When opening my package, I received two free samples and a hand written thank you note on the receipt. Knowing I'm supporting a business that actually gets involved with their customers is reassuring.
Overall, I'm loyal to a fault. Genuinely, 10/10. Love these guys!

1st time customer here - excellent products and experience! Purchased a few of the small count sample packs. Nice experience, balanced between relaxing and energy. My only complaint - I've tasted the the Live Resin Delta 9 Anytime Gummies "Mohito" flavor, and I don't care for it all. It tastes like chewing dirt and rope. But this could my inexperience showing, lol.

The Hemp Collect carries top tier products that will surpass any expectation you thought you had before trying their products. I ordered the Caramels Knockout and it was out of this world. The products are great. The gummies dont have that horrible taste most gummies have. I loved the personal note that came in the box as well as a free sample and magnets. I think out of all the company's I have delt with this is the best. My favorite is the Daytrip gummies. They helped me stay focused and motivated. Great products and great customer service.

I love everything about this packaging it was very discreet the way it was packaged. But when I opened it was like a nice surprise with a free gummie to try and a product sample of salve with a bunch of stickers and a magnet which was very refreshing to receive from a company who cares about it’s customer and I don’t usually write reviews but this company did a wonderful job with its packaging and I just wanted to show a bit of a gratitude👍🏻.

One of the carts that I ordered didn't work, it does smell good though. The other card though the purple Hindu Kush is amazing fire 10 out of 10 but my other cart doesn't work 😞

Fast shipping. I received my order in about a week. To my surprise I also found a few extra items, some magnets. Sticker, an infused Carmel and and little personal hand written thank you note. I’m assuming some of the extras may be because I am a first time customer but still in all it was a very nice surprise. And I am grateful. I have not tried anything as of yet. But will do a review on that at a later time… but 5/5 on customer service and shipping. Thank you

I just opened the box. I haven't tried the product yet, but I'm already blown away. I bought a pod kit + 1 refill. I received that, plus a magnet, sticker, a gummy sample, a salve sample, a 20% discount for next time, AND a handwritten thank you note!? It's the little things. And I'm so excited to try and be a long time customer!

This is my first order, shipping was fast and I was surprised to see samples included which is great for return business! Once I placed my order the charge on my card showed “The Hemp Collect” instead of “IHC LLC” not sure what happened there. I’m looking forward to trying my first order and the samples!

The black sheep blue cookie pods stop working when they have about a gram left, so I have been texting with the company about this issue and every time I send them what they request they just request something else. I just think they don't want to stand behind the product. So if you are looking to buy the black sheep blue cookie I say don't you will not get what you paid for. Your reply said you were replacing , well I have seen anything, I also told your customer service that they intended on replacing do not replace with the blue cookie, to replace with the lemon diesel, that I have had no problem with. So I'm still waiting.

I love that I've been able to do trial sizes so I can find what I want with the potency and effects I want. This has led me to now by the larger bags and containers! The taste is great, no complaints at all, absolutely love them!
