Genuinely impressed
Genuinely impressed. I ordered some live resin edibles and we're blown away at the quality!! Received my order in only a few days and when I opened it I was shocked!? Not only did they give me a free sample (so few companies do that these days) but they also gave me a discount on my next purchase and there was a hand written note!

Privacy Concerns
Originally I had a decent experience with this company. However when I was trying to educate myself on current practices they basically accused me of trying to risk their business when I was simply trying to understand what changed in the industry to prompt the changes they made. I also feel it's weird to call a customer without explicit permission. I do feel the changes they've made are an invasion of privacy which is more important to me than purchasing their products.

Incredible products
Incredible products, I have a higher tolerance, and normally buy from the dispensaries here in CA but I figured I’d try something I can ship to my doorstep and I’m completely blown away by how strong their carts are. The packaging is also incredible quality, and they include gummies and discount codes sometimes.

Customer service and product quality are POOR
Community Manager CZ lied and said he put in a note for a cold pack with my order, he didn't. Another hags hemp company trying to make a quick buck, cutting corners using low quality dark plastic in their new pods so you can't see how much oil is left.
If its even oil.....I've bought probably 5 or 6 pods and had 1 that was pretty good, all the rest low quality and lacking cannabinoids.

In addition to whats inside- our hardware is the best in the industry. We spend a lot of time validating our hardware to ensure the best across the important factors including having the lowest fail rates, safe metals and all the other specs that matter. Hard to please but truly thrilled by these
I’m incredibly pick when it comes to edibles and have tried many man brands, but this company has consistently had the best product line and quality. Excellent products with an entirely simple shipping process. Have tried all macro dose edibles and couldn’t be happier. Love that they’re vegan and made from actually high quality ingredients.
