Absolutely great customer service and edibles! I’ve tried gummies and caramels from them and they’re truly life changing. Especially the black sheep live resin gummies! They’re also great about giving stickers and magnets and little goodies which I think shows how much time and care they put into their products. They’re my go to company now!

Orders have not taken longer than a week to get to me. Great price on bho and the taffy is the best edible I’ve ever had.

I’ve been using this company for a while. Their products are excellent and I’ve never had any problems. I particularly like the Black Sheep.

Ive asked multiple times about the veteran program but have not heard anything back. If they can't even answer a question then id hate to see other aspects of the operation

They steal people money you order cartridges or pods from there and the carts coming leaking and half way empty and the pods half way they stop heating and it doesn’t work anymore if you have bought from them you know what im talking about they are a bunch of thieves

The company has great prices but a little unhappy with my only to orders. Both my orders the bottles were not sealed and I was shorted a total of 36 tablets. I was informed me to put in comments my order so the packer would get it right. If you look at their pages everything is pretty self explanatory. I would think they would make it right with the conversations I had but it was never mentioned. Be careful for counterfeit products and make sure your products are safety sealed. To much out there that can harm you so buyer beware.

Long time customer here! The Hemp Collect is keeping up with Hemp regulations changing in their state. If these new customers would read the banner at the top of their page or an email update it says they have opened another facility and to EXPECT delays in shipping. They're worth the wait!!! Those indica gummies are the best for sleep, that g41 joint knocks me on my butt and I'm a seasoned smoker, love the cucumber melon pod from hi-lites, one of their other companies.
I am sensitive to additives and dyes. This company doesn't do any of that and actually cares what's on their products.
All these complainers, go to your plug. You obviously don't care about the Hemp movement and what they're doing to get us customers their amazing products.

First time customer here. Took exactly 6 days for my order to get in the hands of USPS. Was sitting with a label the entire time ready to go, or at least that's what I assume. Two of the days were weekends, so I'll give them that - but still 4 days is insane. First and last order.

The products are very high quality, the website its user friendly and to be honest if I had to choose a thc dealer I would 100% recommend them. They also have verified by id veteran discount all around a great business model.

They pride themselves on customer care and yet they literally do not answer their phone during normal "human hours". They refuse to respond to your emails even after weeks have passed and you follow up. All I'm simply inquiring about at this point is a refund, and now I think I'm just scammed. They are refusing me service. I can't get an employee to answer the phone. Update: After leaving numerous messages across several platforms and reviews and demanding a refund I was finally refunded my money. They said there was only 1 human available to process customer reports during this time. Maybe the company has half decent products and are in a rough patch right now, but this type of business behavior is a deal breaker for me, and they've lost me as a customer. Shop at your own peril.

Solid products, but the shipping times can vary from days to weeks lately. If you ask about the shipments, you get a email reply with nothing but excuses. Avoid until they hire help.

The BEST products, great company, great service, easy website. Have ordered multiple times and also buy their products locally. I stopped shopping around or going anywhere else and only buy from these guys.

My product was defective and the shop I purchased it from would not give me a replacement. I reached out to the customer care team and they were very polite. I sent a video of the defective product and had a brand new one delivered 2 days later. There was an actual handwritten note and a cute magnet sent with it as well. That note made my day! As a person that has since retired from retail, Thank yall for having such great customer service.
