This company takes your money and doesn't send the goods. You can't get in touch with them, even filling in their "we'll get back to you in 48 hours form" elicits zero response. Utterly diabolical. Buyers beware... now to try and get my money back through the credit card company...

Do not buy from this company they do not send the original fridge filters that they advertise, I sent mine back over a week ago still not received the original ones. They never pick the phone up and never respond to any messages you send them hope this helps everyone

Ordered filter got wrong one. Tried contacting company letter e mail and phone couldn’t. Checked companies house sent letter to director returned by post office as unknown

As a goodwill gesture, please send us a picture of the filter you previously had that DID fit and we can Send the exact one. The filter you require is somewhat problematic and comes with different connectors causing issues for many people. This filter will be sent FREE of charge.

Within minutes of posting latest review received phone call. The gentleman said he was owner of company and it was a family run business and bad reviews impacted badly
I told him that had my emails and phone calls been sorted in September I would not have needed to do this
He said that as I had refund I should be satisfied but that he would give me extra by sending the filter I originally ordered

I told him I would amend my review if that transpired as it had been promised on 19th November

6th January. No replacement filter as promised. I was lucky to get my money back so judge for yourself.

Product delivered with no Invoice and the filters were not boxed.

I ordered and paid for a fridge filter from this company on the 3rd April 2023. To date I have received nothing. No responses to emails, their answer phone state "this mailbox is full." Do NOT touch this company. The last time I spoke to them was in May, when they stated that Brexit was causing supply issues, and also "the War." The latter I believe referred to WW2. They also charged double the actual price from the Fridge Freezer Manufacturer Fisher and Paykel. Fisher and Paykel have been magnificent. DO NOT TOUCH THE FRIDGE FILTER SHOP. Who also owe me £80. They need to be investigated.

Steer well clear. I ordered 2 filters which when they arrived, were not the correct models for my fridge. The company has not replied to my emails over the past month and when I phone, I receive a recorded message that says 'this mailbox is full'. Don't touch this supplier. They are incompetent and appear to be dishonest. AVOID

I would give them a negative score if I could - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered two filters back in April, they were the wrong size so I returned them.
I have add any further communication from the company and they sit on £60 of my money, despite numerous email chases. Their phone line just goes say the inbox is full - SCAM

I echo what others have said. I rang for a fridge filter, told the guy the number, he said no you need this one for your model. When it arrived it was different again and didn't fit of course. Since then I have emailed, messaged, called so many times and no response but he has my money and i have a useless product that I said I would send back.

How the hell do you get hold of anyone from this company - I had a subscription but sold my fridge and moved, so cancelled. 8 months later they have charged me twice after I have emailed and called numerous times but no one ever responds or answers. I have no idea if they even sent the product but I am currently £100 down and cannot speak to anyone to stop this. I’ve tried logging in on the website but it says my account is frozen. Absolute scammers

Don’t trust this company! My order never turned up and despite numerous attempts to contact them I was unable to speak to anyone and had no response from help desk. Just when I decided to not bother they sent an email saying it’s time to renew my fridge filter! Hilarious nearly £80 down the drain and then the only contact I have is a reminder that I need a new filter! Go somewhere else. I have no idea why this company is allowed to keep trading they are frauds

Not only does this shower fail to do what they should I now realise that they make money out of us all another way.
Perhaps the wrong orders are deliberate as the phone numbers for these people are all at premium rate. I now learn that it has cost me over another £5 to make two chase calls about incorrect goods being sent.
Disgraceful.

Scam! Go elsewhere! They dispatch wrong orders and then ignore all communication when refund requested. Stay clear!

Despite ordering a specific brand of filter (Haier), a different brand was dispatched (UltraClarity Wasserfilter). Moreover, the invoice received stated that a Haier branded filter had been dispatched. I attempted to contact the company on four separate occasions by email and phone to request a returns label but no one replied. Presumably, they do not need the business… I have since raised a dispute with my credit card company to refund the money in full. I will not use this company again.

DO NOT BUY from this company until you have done some research. They appear to be still taking orders but when I ordered some over a month ago, they have still not arrived. I have tried calling them, emailing them several times over the last couple of weeks and there has been no reply. I don’t know what is happening but I’ve lost my money and there is no sign of my order.

A bit like few other reviews on here I had ordered 2 filters, only 1 arrived via post mid August despite obviously being invoiced for the 2!

I phoned up to inform the company of this via the number on the website. A second filter would be delivered to me strait away apparently.

A week passes no delivery, I call up again, a second filter will be delivered strait away apparently.

Another week passes no delivery, I call up again, a second filter will.... you get the picture.

Despite persistent calls/emails and promises the second filter will be sent to me I'm still waiting. I have requested a refund on the second filter but am not expecting anything.

The phone number for the company is now just going to a voice mail full response. It looks like they (as have I) given up.

Did not send a bacteria filter. Messaged them countless times no reply. At least the value is low but they have my money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Awaiting replacement filters as the original filters which they sent were for a newer version of my Samsung fridge. Weeks later no filters and no refund. Can’t get through on the phone as message service full and if you do the guy just blames the warehouse which is probably just a box in his garage.

like others - we are waiting on either a replacement for the wrong filter that was sent - or a refund since May. NO response to emails and phoning them gets a voice message saying their voicemail message box is full. TOTAL SCAM - AVOID and save yourselves time and frustration as well as losing your money!

I ordered a £80 fridge filter in April 2023, which has not arrived to this day, despite sending messages twice to their customer service. Even more hilarious, they send me reminders that my fridge filter (which never arrived!) now needs replacing!!??
