Placed an order on 28 July, to date hasn't arrived. Have messaged on two occasions to be told order would be dispatched still not arrived. Tried to call but phone is never answered. Messaged again no answer. Can only assume this is a FAKE company. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Delivered the wrong product and refused to fix - scam

I wish I'd read Trustpilot before placing an order.
I have tried to call the company for help many times in the last two weeks but they don't answer and the number goes to answer phone which is full.....

I placed an order for a Samsung filter on June 23, 2026. It arrived July 08, 2026
This order took a long time to arrive. When it did I rejected the item as it failed Samsung Validation tests
I returned the item for replacement, the replacement has weeks later still not arrived.
Furthermore I am unable to cancel my subscription with them so will have to seek assistance from my credit card company for my refund.

I placed and paid for an order but, despite numerous attempts to contact the company, did not received my item or any communication. Over two weeks after the initial order, I started a refund claim via PayPal resolution. The claim found in my favour and proceeded to issue a refund. Less than 24hrs later, the company triggered a shipping notification. This was a cynical attempt to block the refund in PayPal's automated system. The Royal Mail's tracking service is still 'expecting it' 15 days later. No surprise, but I will never use this company again.

Did not dispatch the products. I emailed 3 times to chase. Then I threatened to initiate credit card charge back. This then triggered the dispatch. When I received them I examined them closely as I had my suspicions. Researching online I can see they are FAKE. There are no authentication labels on the filters. The Samsung boxes are clearly reused ones also.

Complete scammers … paid weeks ago and nothing .. don’t reply either

Disappointed in this company. I placed an order and understood I would be receiving three filters but only two eventually arrived. I tried ringing and emailing but no response.

What a farce this company is. They take your money but dont send the goods. They won't answer emails and their mail box is full so you cant leave a message. They have to be running a scam. I highly recommend you give them a very wide birth.

Placed order and paid in December 2025 for 3 x Samsung filters but nothing received. After repeated chasing finally managed to speak to someone on phone in May and they promised to fulfill order. Received one filter so still have 2 outstanding and no response to calls and Answerphone full. No response to emails. I have used this company successfully in the past so not sure what has happened? Will never use again and they have my money.

I was initially concerned about having ordered a Samsung fridge filter from them especially having read the reviews. However they always replied to messages and emails. When I phoned someone picked up straight away. I have received the water filter today and it appears to be genuine. It took longer than necessary and was more expensive than those offered on other sites (meanwhile I ordered one from B&Q which came in 2 days at nearly half the price). However this company is authentic and not a scam. I believe they may be struggling at the moment for whatever reason. They've also offered to refund me as well. I wish them well and I hope they manage to become more efficient in the future.

Same as others ordered 2 fridge filters nothing arrived e mail saying there was a fault with filters so they were awaiting new supplies - nothing since do not answer e mails or phone calls - luckily I was able to get a refund via paypal - maybe a scam company set up using the name? DO NOT USE

The same issue as many others. I ordered 2 fridge filters. The money was taken the next day but I’ve received no filters. Order confirmation was received but nothing further. I emailed 3 times and phoned twice but no reply at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish like everyone else I had checked TrustPilot before using. It’s so wrong that they are getting away with this!!!

I ordered 2 Panasonic fridge filters for £139.98 and have not received them.
The order is not even showing against my account.
I have requested the status but these guys are not replying.
Avoid ordering from this company as they are not trustworthy.
Paid through PayPal so will request an escalation for a refund.

Similar to others experience where a reliable service degenerates into not receiving filters and continually being charged. Had to resort to credit card helping to block their access despite being assured when I called that refunds would be made. Do not use this business under any circumstances

Buyer Beware:
I recently purchased a GE water filter from this company, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. The product was advertised as compatible with my refrigerator model, but when it arrived, it did not fit at all. This is clearly inaccurate product information.
To make matters worse, I attempted to contact customer service using the phone number listed on their website, only to discover it appears to belong to a completely different company. As a result, I’ve been unable to reach anyone to resolve the issue.
At this point, I am left with a product I cannot use and no clear way to get support. I am now pursuing a refund and considering further action.
Be very cautious before purchasing from this seller.

No order received. No reply to emails and the phone number just rings out.
Avoid at all costs.

Do not order from fridgefilter shop they are scammers! Placed an order end of January still nothing end of March! The number is a no answer and the online chat well…. I got a brief message saying they will sort it out but no apology or explanation as to why I haven’t received my order and this was last week!

As per all previous reviews this company is an absolute scam. They should be shut down. Taking peoples money then not sending a filter! Do not use them.

This company is the most frustrating I have encountered to date. I was setup on a rolling 6-monthly order to receive a fridge filter. The past 3 I've had an issue with not being delivered. The first one, I emailed and got a new one sent straight away. The second took a bit more time, but I got it delivered. The third one, I was charged for it in October 2025, I left it a few weeks and it was never delivered. I emailed multiple times, no response. I called multiple times, no answer. By the time December came around, I was moving house so emailed a few times asking if it could be sent to a new address, still no response! I contacted my bank this year to request a refund as I still to date, have not received my fridge filter. They have given me a temporary refund whilst raising the query with the company. The bank have just contacted me saying the this company have challenged the refund....the cheek of it. I can't even cancel the rolling 6-monthly payment, I will have to do this through the bank! I would urge people not to use this company!!
