Ordered 2 filters only received 1, called, said they would send the second, didn’t receive. Then contacted via email they said they will issue a new ticket (what ever that means)….still waiting!!!

UPDATE:
I have now received the refund I was expecting. It took nearly 4 weeks since they originally promised to send it but I did receive it eventually. I have therefore upgraded my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

I received an order on 1 September which was one item short. I have written twice and called them 3 times, asking for them to either send out the missing item or refund me. Each time they assure they’ve either just sent out the missing item or will do so that day….or that they have already processed my refund.
22 days later I am still waiting!

Ordered 2 filters, one for fridge turned up but the one for water supply did not. No response to emails so phoned, told it would be very soon. Beware premium charge phone number! 7 months later no replies to all my emails and no filter or refund. AVOID

Ordered 2 filters months ago. Received a dispatch notice 2 weeks after ordering then nothing. Had to chase them to be told that filters were out of stock and expected in the following week. 3 weeks later nothing. Then recived an automated email saying the batch of filters from the manufacturers they received leaked so they are waiting on new ones. Absolute rubbish. Do not buy from these people. I have requested a refund and will see how long that takes.

The service is brilliant. Always come on time for a change of water filter. Never had any problems with any of the filters. Really pleased with them.

I ordered 3 filters but only received 2. The mistake was admitted and rectified very quickly without fuss or bother and will certainly recommend and use The FFS again in the future.

Wrong filter received in March. Finally made contact and they gave me a Return Label and the filter was returned. They have my money and a replacement has never arrived. £40 loss on my part.
They will probably mark this review as offensive - it is the TRUTH!

Cowboys. Stay away

Have tried many times to cancel a repeat order to no avail. They don’t answer the phone and ignore emails. Judging from all the reviews on Trust Pilot this is a common experience. I would be very wary of the “excellent “ reviews. I strongly suspect that the company have put them on themselves. They are absolutely useless.

Really helpful and responsive. Found what I needed and sent promptly. Also when I had an issue with an accidental order it was resolved quickly.

Very helpful team who always try to assist with any query you have. They also are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell.

I’ve been buying filters from here for a few years. Great price and quick delivery

When they mess up they just ignore you, I’ve been emailing them since august (it’s now October) to fix an issue, I’ve ended up having to ease a charge back as they are non responsive (they never once answered their phone!) this is the first charge back I’ve ever done and I’ve been shopping online since the 1990’s
Still leaving at 3 starts because they were great for the last few years but all orders were ok. I won’t be buying from them again.

Ordered filters in early June and two months later, they have still not been delivered. I have phoned and am always given a different excuse.

AVOID this company.

If i could give a minus star this company i would !!! As with everyone else these people are just scammers. I had to send 2 filters back as they were the wrong ones I made several calls and each time (when they answered the phone) I was told they had a backlog of orders and one would be send as soon as possible. They no longer have live chat and you cant cancel your account !!! plus you can no longer phone them as the number is constantly engaged !! i will be contacting my credit card company to try and block them !! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! they need to be taken off the web !!

Having ordered and paid for a fridge filter back in February - payment was taken from my account immediately - despite repeated emails I have never received the product nor a refund. And to add insult to injury, I have received two reminders that my filter needs replacing!! one of which was today. I suggest that people do as I did - go on Amazon and get your fridge filter in 24 hours.

Ordered 2 filters from this company on the 29th June 2023 it’s now 21st of July and I still haven’t received them , I have emailed them but still haven’t had a response, not sure I will get my money back now , if your thinking of ordering from this company please don’t you will not get what you ordered or a refund choose another company

Incorrect filters sent. Followed returns procedure but no replacements sent. Live chat on website does not work. Phone numbers only answered once in ten calls. Promised my return would be processed but nothing done. SCAM

I ordered filters in May and returned an incorrect filter. I phoned every week and was promised that they would send them out and refund the incorrect filter - nothing has arrived. I have ordered my filter cheaper elsewhere and will have to chase my refund through my credit card. I would not recommend using this company

Order never showed up, no response to emails or calls. Its a Fake Business don't deal with them
