We visited the branch situated in the O2 as we were attending an event. Our experience was not good at all and it’s not exactly reasonable. We booked a table but had to wait quite a long time standing at the bar which was fine, we understood it was busy. We queued at the bar for a drink and was served by the most rude and unfriendly barman who clearly didn’t want to be there! Then we finally got taken to our table after I chased it up for the 3rd time… no one came to see us for ages. They finally did and we ordered food, tried to order a drink but was told we couldn’t and to do it on the app so we did. Our food came out which was OK but we didn’t even have any cutlery. Took ages to try and find someone to get us some and by the time we did our food was pretty cold. Our drinks never turned up even after eating our food so we asked to cancel them as there was no point anymore! We managed to get a glass of water finally though. When we hunted down a waitress to have the drinks taken off of our bill she said that’s fine and sorry our service had been so terrible but they don’t have enough staff and that they don’t provide extra staff for them on event days so it’s hell. All the staff were pretty miserable and it really showed, customer service was terrible, the food was ok but overall was really bad and it’s not cheap!! Really disappointing.

I cannot stress enough to other parents how awful the birthday party package was for us and how I would avoid booking TGI Fridays Walsall as your child's party option. The restaurant had no record of our booking, our pre ordered food, did absolutely nothing as advertised on the website, no party hats, no party song for the birthday child, no party packs, no starter, no colouring table cloth, no host to keep them busy. It was just a table of kids in a restaurant. It was embarrassing, and also extremely upsetting. No happy birthday song for the birthday boys?! In fact, no one even came and wished them a happy birthday. The menu was missing items that we had already pre ordered. The food took over an hour to come out. Shambolic. The birthday cake I'd provided was returned to me still in it's box at the end, candles never lit. Half the group had left as it had over run by an hour as food was so slow. The absolute worst part was that despite my pleas, no one came to try to rectify the situation. The staff in general hid away and took no accountability. No manager came to talk to me until I asked at the end to speak to someone.
I am taking this further, but also feel it is important I publicly warn other parents of our experience so they don't get as let down as we were. 7th birthdays are supposed to be special..

Purchased TGI Fridays ribs from supermarket to cook at home. Not enjoyable......

If I could give it a 0 on reviews, I would apart from the nice waitress lady. The rest was disgusting. Last time I went was six years ago and there was a mouse sitting under my table which put me off,
and today it didn't improve much the state of the place it was very dirty.
Food was over cooked and salad was dead,
It will be the very last time for me.
I went out with my Granddaughter for a treat she choice it. big mistake.

Stopped using now our points have expired. We like to only go on special occasions and where building our points up to go. They have all expired now. So we have boycotted it.

Went in for a meal with my family at TGIF cribbs causeway,we was served by lilly who greeted us with a smile,made sure everyone was catered for,she even came back to make sure we were all happy with our meals,nice food & will definitely come back again.thank you.

I visited TGIF at Westfield, Stratford in February and really wished that I hadn’t. The staff member allocating tables couldn’t have been less interested and we were stood there for quite some time before she got round to bothering to speak to us.
The young man taking the orders was trying very hard and was very chatty and efficient. The starters arrived fairly promptly and were ok, but we had to chase our drinks. Our mains arrived fairly promptly too, but were cold. My friend’s sauce was served in a little cardboard container, mine had obviously been spilled as my food was swimming in the sauce. We returned the cold food and, when it came back, it had clearly been reheated for too long as the chicken was too chewy. It was actually inedible, but, on the plus side, the fact that my sauce wasn’t served in a little pot made it easy for us to see that my meal had been returned to my friend and vice versa.
As the people next to us were leaving, the man turned to us and said ‘it’s s**t here, isn’t it?’. He was spot on.
The server was very apologetic and could see we had hardly touched the food, but made no offer of a reduction in the bill.
That will be my last visit to a TGIF restaurant. It was quite quiet when we went and I dread to think how much worse it might have been, had the restaurant been busy. It was so disappointing as eating at TGIF used to be a treat.

Have no clue about customer service. Only went in for a couple of beers (@£6.25 per pint) everything was too much trouble had to wait until they were ready even though no one in there. Staffs only concern seemed to be getting ready to leave.
Wont be going there (TGI'S Coventry) again!

We visited the Stevenage restaurant on the 7/3/25.
Waited ages to be seated although the restaurant was dead. We only visited for a cocktail and what a mistake that was, the waiter had no clue how to make it was looking through the ingredients and still got it wrong I've never had such a terrible cocktail looked and tasted nothing like a pornstar martini .
Multiple people came in after us and left due to being ignored and waiting so long for service . I will not return !!!

Had a great meal and super service at Staines thanks to olive was just what I needed after a bad day at work will defo be back

Daylight Robbery. Visited the Retail Park Restaurant at Birstall. How on god's earth do families afford to take their children to this rip off joint? The prices of the meals are off the scale. We chose to decline food therefore and just had drinks we had already ordered. A milk shake was £8.00. Why? It was nothing special. A coke Zero was £3.95. The glasses are designed so that the first two thirds can be totally filled with ice so only the slimmer bottom third of the glass was coke. Absolutely disgusted that they can get away with ripping people off. Basically paid 7.90 for what was less than a can of coke. Asked for a refill and told no unless we were eating. Then the waiter took pity and brought another. He at least had a concience. Will never patronise the restaurant again. Not tight but I refuse to be ripped off twice.

Tia from TGI Fridays was very smliey and helpful and service from Tia was fantastic

Just been for Lunch today Trafford Centre. Some staff had personal hygiene issues, nothing a can of deodorant wouldn't cure!. £24.50 for a cold burger and chips! Sent it back and in fairness it came back warmer but took an age! Sat eating on my own because everyone else had eaten. Mc Donald's would have been a better option!. Sadly won't be darkening the TGI's doorstep again!

Do not go to TGIfridays Walsall on a Saturday evening if you want good food, good service and a reasonably pleasant experience
It was very bad, there were no tables on arrival and we had booked 2 weeks previously. We were told it was because other customers were not leaving their tables fast enough! We clustered round the door with many other people
After being seated we waited an hour in total for food and had to continually call different staff over to ask for drinks, order our food and then ask when will the food arrive?
1 hour later when food had arrived we asked for cutlery and were bought 3 forks! We were eating 2 starts and a main!
Some staff were apologetic but the hostess was rude and with some attitude to be honest
I will not be visiting TGIfridays in Walsall again. A very disappointing restaurant experience all round

Visited the Walsall restaurant and had a very disappointing experience, after arriving at the time of our booking we were told we would have to wait to be seated without an explanation. We waited 15 minutes before being told it was due to other tables not finishing their meals in time, by the hostess who was very rude and impatient with us. When we were eventually seated we waiting almost 30 minutes before asking if our order could be taken. Then it was almost another 30 before we received even a drink. After being in the restaurant for an hour we asked when are food would be ready. There were a number of birthdays being celebrated so on various occasions we could see five or waitresses on the other side of the restaurant singing loudly, this isn’t a great look when you’ve been trying to get someone’s attention just to get a drink! The starters were cold and food was soggy, we hadn’t had the chance to finish when the mains arrived, these were not tasty and overcooked. The restaurant was very clearly understaffed for a Saturday evening meaning we had to call over for assistance and for cutlery on numerous occasions, rather than anyone checking in on us.
When we asked for the bill the hostess from earlier took our payments and again was rude and impolite when we asked a question with the total, we had spoken to waitresses earlier to express our disappointment and frustration and she did apologise on the restaurant’s behalf but the hostess continued with her rude attitude.
We have been here a few times and following this incredibly disappointing experience we doubt we will return again.

Went to store at Westfields. Had New York strip. No onion rings had to ask for them steak tough certainly not worth the the price.Most disappointed.
