Party hosts need a smile and a red bull
Had my daughter party here on sunday 8th Feb. Staff looked like they wanted to be anywhere than where they were, they didn't really engage with the children, would have been better having a party host for each party rather than 3 for the combined party lanes. I think the way that party games and food etc is planned needs to be reviewed too, it was very messy! Happy to be contacted for improvement points. Daughter and friends had a nice time and thankfully because of my input they enjoyed themselves, but I shouldn't have to step up for the party hosts/staff who are paid to do that role.

Booking in was quick enough.
It’s quite sad that you don’t have bowling shoes anymore.
The tenpin bowling is all set out quite nice, looks smart and fun. The arcade is good, love the pool and basketball.
The lady on the bar and booking in could have done with being a bit friendlier.

The ally broke down was unable to be fixed, what a waste of money. We was given a refund but wasnt compensated for our inconvenience and ruined our Saturday.

Enjoyable experience!
Easy to book. Friendly welcome. Courteous and helpful staff. Basic but tasty burger meal.
Overall, an enjoyable couple of hours!

Great for large groups
We had a fantastic experience and great value for 3 games of bowling. There were 30 of us and the staff were all brilliant.

Friendly helpful staff. Good bowling. Pizza a bit small for up to 6 people( only 4 hungry kids- still hungry after the pizza! ).
