Great tenpin.
Tenpin at Telford was clean and we had a good time.
I've marked it down because when we got there there was such a long queue and only one person on the til. There was 5 people in total behind with them. One in particular literally just stood there chatting. However in saying that the person that did serve us was so friendly and lovely and I felt bad for them as they were doing all they could do to get down the queue.

Excellent party
Booked a party for my son and his 5 friends. Great if you want a party for a small amount and price is good. The pizza and chips for each child was good and the birthday boy got a bowling pin (that his friends signed), a bag and T-shirt. He loved these gifts. They were also happy for you to bring your own cake.

Wonderful kids party
My daughter had a fabulous time at her 8th birthday party. Great set up and lovely party food. The staff really made it fun. We had an issue with a ball getting stuck on the lane and it was resolved very promptly. Highly recommend.

Hi there we went bowling as a family on Tuesday this week and ordered food along with 2 games of bowling there was a lack of suitable bowling balls and had to make do with whatever was available and the food we ordered was cold and the pizza looked like it came out of a freezer and was luke warm. I'm very Disappointed with the whole experience so we left early leaving my 14 year old daughter very upset as she wanted to play in the arcade.

Toilets were disgusting.
Bowling was fun and our lane was free on time. Unfortunately the men’s toilets were unclean & messy. Toilets were blocked and wet, not a nice experience for my young sons.

Cost
It's a nice bowling ally but is so expensive, and not value for money.
Lanes are not very oiled.
If you earn thousands its a nice place to visit. For most people it to pricey.
They do cheaper times but these are usually in the week and evenings when kids have school the next day.

Party hosts need a smile and a red bull
Had my daughter party here on sunday 8th Feb. Staff looked like they wanted to be anywhere than where they were, they didn't really engage with the children, would have been better having a party host for each party rather than 3 for the combined party lanes. I think the way that party games and food etc is planned needs to be reviewed too, it was very messy! Happy to be contacted for improvement points. Daughter and friends had a nice time and thankfully because of my input they enjoyed themselves, but I shouldn't have to step up for the party hosts/staff who are paid to do that role.
