We rented a stroller for my 3 year old grandson. We flew into Orlando and had decided we didn't need to bring one with us, big mistake. The online reservation was easy to do. Delivery was on time and we were provided instructions on how to use the stroller. They even included a little treat for my grandson. Overall the experience was a positive one. ❤️

Absolutely amazing service! We only decided last minute that we should really hire a pram so before we left the UK we booked one on the website. The pram was delivered and waiting for us at our first hotel then we left it at our last hotel before leaving Orlando. Cannot fault this company! Highly recommend to everyone!! Thank you!

Primeira experiência com a Strollercare e já vou me programar para a próxima viagem a Orlando ser cliente fiel. Atendimento impecável desde a reserva do carrinho (que por sinal excelente e imprescindível para crianças) até a retirada (que ainda hoje peço desculpas pelo atraso no meu voo e consequentemente o atraso na minha retirada). Vocês foram sensacionais (na paciência kkk). Estão de parabéns e recomendarei aos meus amigos e familiares.

Everything about this company was a dream. They dropped the stroller off right at our hotel, showed me how to use it, and their communication was top notch! The stroller was clean and ready for us to use for our park days. I absolutely will recommend this company to everyone coming to Disney and I can't wait to use them again when we return!

We rented a single stroller for 6 days at WDW. Drop off was easy and the stroller was much nicer than anything you could get in the parks. Our daughter took a lot of naps inside, which saved our days honestly. We recommend highly!

My family and I had a great experience with StrollerCare. We stayed at a Disney Resort for 7 days during the holidays. The parks were very busy but using the high quality stroller made it easy to get around. StrollerCare was able to accommodate my arrival time at my resort and the delivery was prompt. They also provided a quick and easy explanation of the stroller use and kept me updated with the arrival and pick-up times. StrollerCare also included extras for free like caddy for drinks and snacks and a rain cover (which we used twice and my grandson remained completely dry). In addition, the price was much less than Disney and I loved that it included a name tag that made it very easy to find among the hundreds of look-a-like strollers from Disney. Thanks for the great service. I will use you again and will spread the word!

Just great service overall!
We ordered two strollers on different days and they delivered it the night before (like 11pm I think) to ensure we had it ready for the park the next morning.
I also changed the return/pickup date/time very easily.

AND all of this I did via whatsapp!! So super efficient!!

Game changer! We were on the fence on if we should rent a stroller or just get one at the park. Our stroller arrived spotless, early and in perfect working condition. It made our park days so much easier and was perfect to navigate the parks. Our kids are 4 & 6– and we 100% agree that the stroller was a huge part of our park success!

We left our personal stroller at the airport and it was evening when I contacted Orlando Strollers. They were closing and the chat lady online went above and beyond to make sure our stroller order went through and it arrived next morning 7am. The stroller
was super clean and new looking.
I will always refer people to use

Staff bring the item to me in the wide park. The stroller I receive was very clean.

It was very easy, everything went well and smoothly, they dropped on time and exactly have what we ordered. Through out our trip had no issues. I definitely recommend them.
