Accidentally ordered 2 strollers when I only needed one, and they double checked with me that I needed it and easily refunded me when I told them I had made a mistake. There was a small gift left for our little one which was a nice touch. Dropped off at the hotel without us needing to be there. Stroller itself was very nice and moved smoothly. Perfect experience!

This stroller drop off and pick up was a lifesaver! We didn’t have to bring our own and it was so easy to order. The stroller was in great condition and easy to use!

The stroller was very comfortable for my daughter. Before renting it, I was considering renting it in Disney parks but I am glad I didn't because Disney's strollers looked very uncomfortable and hard (only plastic!).
For me it was also a relief to have the stroller delivered to my hotel. I didn't have to worry about finding a place to rent one.
My daughter is 6 years old and she can walk however she wouldn't have made it in Disney's parks. Kids get too tired and it is impossible to carry them.
The stroller company contacted me and delivered the stroller right on time. I loved the stroller and the service from the company.

Amazing service! Very friendly lady brought our stroller to our hotel and showed us how to use it. Stroller itself was very clean and super easy to use. Also gave us a free rain cover which was needed and ended up being cheaper than the rest of the companies :)

Seamless delivery and return! The stroller was in great condition and we didn’t have any issues. So much easier to rent vs lugging a stroller from home. Definitely Plan to rent again when we are back at Disney in December!

Using stroller care has been perfect for our vacation. Our flight got changed multiple times and they were very accommodating to drop off once we arrived! Had a small surprise for both our girls and has been so easy to use!
