The gentleman was very accommodating and got the fire as close to my door as he could. It was very heavy and a friend came and helped me get it through the door. I haven't used it yet, but It is fitted and ready to go. I love my fire.

Fantastic Customer Service!
What a great company to deal with. I left buying a present for my husband until the last minute and asked if I could come and collect the firepit from their premises. Someone called me to let me know this was not possible as the stove was off premises but sent it via DPD in time for his birthday. Would definitely recommend this company.

Beautiful surround and fire. Great the item was readymade. Service was excellent and received promptly. We were informed when the delivery was scheduled.
We haven’t used the fire yet because we are refurbishing our house and look forward to seeing the fire working especially with all the lighting effects

Very happy with quality and look of fire.
Delivery was efficient however on checking we had been sent the patterned door and not the plain despite having chosen and paid an additional £50 for this. On contacting StovesAreUs was informed that the plain door is delivered separately which it was a week later. I think this should be made clear when ordering. In addition the assembly booklet did not refer to the model purchased. Despite these niggles very pleased with the fire and flame effect.
