Great product and delivery, customer service lacking
Great product and delivery, BUT if you return a product customer service is lacking. They don’t call you back despite confirming you will receive a call that day, two members of staff including Natalie didn’t and delay giving you a return address for the item. Also Brandon advised they can process a refund in 30 days after checking the item, when UK law states it must be 14 days. The deadline for my refund is Tuesday 25 August.

Ordering was easy. Communication re delivery was first class. Delivered on time and well packaged. Stove looks great, but have only used small fires up to now as instructed by manual. As its summer will be a couple of months before proper use.

The gentleman was very accommodating…
The gentleman was very accommodating and got the fire as close to my door as he could. It was very heavy and a friend came and helped me get it through the door. I haven't used it yet, but It is fitted and ready to go. I love my fire.

Fantastic Customer Service!
What a great company to deal with. I left buying a present for my husband until the last minute and asked if I could come and collect the firepit from their premises. Someone called me to let me know this was not possible as the stove was off premises but sent it via DPD in time for his birthday. Would definitely recommend this company.
