I have used Stove Fitter's Warehouse twice now, installing a wood burner and flue. Once for my house and once for my daughters. The plan drawing service is excellent, you can talk through want you want and then have the plans to sent to Building Control.
On my daughter's installation I'd hoped that the flue could go vertical without any bends, which proved impossible when I started the installation. I phoned Stove Fitter's on Monday morning and I received the required flue bends on Tuesday.
I highly recommend Stove Fitter's Warehouse to anyone who is intending to instal a wood burner with or without the flue. Tim Parrott

What an amazing company. From the start of my journey, researching which stove to get with technical advice on line, Stovefitters reviews and recommendations to sitting beside my beautiful new stove, (Ivar 5 high) warm and knowing the chimney parts are high quality and safe, this company cannot be faulted.
They stored the stove without complaint while I struggled to get chimney issues sorted. They gave full and prompt answers to queries when they arose and deliveries were always on time and packaged safely. I would not consider using any other company if I ever need another stove.

Had a generally good experience ordering from Stove fitters warehouse.The Woodford stoves and flu we ordered were at a good price and where dispatched quickly! They were also very helpful with questions I had! Sadly the delivery went less than smoothly!! The lorry it was sent became stuck down a narrow lane after taking the wrong turn and it then became my problem to sort it out! All whilst being many miles away at work! Had to call on my father in-law(whom has a heart condition and pace maker fitted!!)to find said lorry as the driver didn't have a clue other than a vague area he was in! After roughly an hour he found the lorry and had to help the also aging driver handball the stove and fixing kit off the lorry and in to the back of his car and complete the delivery himself after helping the hapless driver extracate himself from where he got his lorry stuck!! It was a stressful Avent after many phone calls from the driver(asking me where he was!!??) and my by now increasingly irate father in law!! The stove now looks lovely in its new home after eventually finding it's way home!!😂

Great advice, i had no problems with the building inspector all very straight forward.

Whole transaction very straightforward - no glitches. Arrived on a day chosen by me and driver placed the pallet directly from the driveway into the garage which was perfect.

Don’t normally leave a review but always read them so here is mine.
Having been messed around in the past with companies and there promises I researched Stove fitters warehouse via trust pilot and decided to give them a go. The advice they gave was good, I done my own research on the wood burner and they agreed this was a good choice for the money. They said three days for delivery, and three days it was. Product was excellent and delivery spot on.
Due to hectic life I was texting them asking questions at 7pm not expecting a reply until the morning but reply they did same night. Overall, Excellent company, Excellent service, Excellent product. Thank you for doing what you said you would and therefore complete stress free period of time.
