Good products poorly packaged
Good products at very competitive price, plus quick delivery to Scotland via DPD courier. Only downside was the poor packaging with outer box torn through in three places; thankfully contents stayed put and were undamaged. Heavy cast stove parts and fire bricks should be individually wrapped then packed tightly in a robust box.

The ordered part is great
The ordered part is great. The service from Stove Supermarket was great, unfortunately let down by the delivery company they used. They failed to do the next day delivery, lied on the reason for non delivery but did manage to deliver the next day.

We appreciate that a one-day delivery delay can be frustrating, particularly when a next-day delivery is expected. Unfortunately, once an order has been handed over to the courier, we have limited control over how an individual driver carries out the delivery.

For clarity, your order was placed at 16:11 on Friday 7th August and was delivered at 14:08 on Tuesday 11th August. As the order was placed after our cut-off time on Friday, it was dispatched on the next working day, Monday 10th August, for next working day delivery on Tuesday 11th August, so it was delivered within our stated delivery timescale.
We nevertheless appreciate your feedback and will continue to look at ways we can improve our delivery service wherever possible.

I was given better information about what I needed, to repair my stove, from the sales staff. Without it, I would have bought the wrong products. Everything was delivered quite quickly and everything was correct. Very good and friendly company to deal with.
