Clearview 400 door rope
I ordered a clearview 400 door rope. The problem being when compared to the original the door rope is to short leaving air gaps when fitted. I've emailed the company which told me to stretch the rope to make it fit also said I'd send it back as its no use but what a surprise no response. Selling parts that dont fit and not wanting back when sold.

Excellent email presales support and through to ordering. When the log burner arrived (Salamander hobbit non DEFRA) we were just like WoW! beautifully packed in a proper wooden transport container and then wrapped perfectly inside. Great product and instructions and tools etc. Only thing we would say is for such a little stove it is sooooooo heavy lol but this shows the cast iron top quality. Thanks for all your help. We are having it fitted on Aug 24th 2026 so looking forward to the winter now !!!!

Good company and item but very high delivery costs
Easy to order and item as expected, with delivery in good time.
However the very high delivery price of £24.99 to Inverness area is pretty unheard off nowadays and the reason I have given a lower rating.
Unfortunately the item I needed could not be sourced elsewhere so I had no option but to the extra £24.99 for a £73 item.
