Efficient and effective experience
I was able to get an appointment very quickly to discuss my health concern with a GP who was specialised in the relevant area. Sharing photos online prevented need for an in person consultation. One follow up appointment was needed which I was also able to book quickly. The practitioner was polite, efficient and fully addressed my concerns.

physiotherapy for hip flexor tendonitis
I had a video consultation with a physiotherapist who diagnosed Hip flexor tendonitis and sent me instructions for exercises which worked. It is now 2 months later and my hip continues to be fine. Getting the appointment straight away stopped the problem worsening and meant I didn’t have to worry about it. I wasn’t able to diagnose the problem myself by looking online.

The service I received was fantastic I have ongoing health issues and was getting no where with my doctors. I rang for some advice and was advised where my next option is and was referred and am now waiting an appointment. The doctor was very helpful and listened to everything I said. I've used Square Health via HSBC, physiotherapy services. It was very easy to book, many slots available and also importantly, a wide choice of experienced specialists. The specialist a worked with was very experienced in working remotely, and was keen to adjust the exercises to my young mum's realities.

Done one of the pin prick blood tests…
Done one of the pin prick blood tests through my work using this. Was very easy and quick to do. Had my results back within only a few days and a consultation set up to discuss my results. The GP I spoke to was very nice, explained everything well and told me to follow up with my own gp (appointment in two months time...).

Quick response to organise blood sample with quick follow up appointment with gp. However, I was a bit surprised that a correction on date further confirmed by their email request, did not mean much. The original wrong date was still used.
The gp was professional and reassuring but felt like meeting my own gp who is always constrained with 10 minute slot so some areas in the test results was left out.

Would not recommend. If you’re worried visit your GP instead.
I received two alarming results which turned out to be false. It caused a week of totally unnecessary stress and a trip to an out of hours service to get an urgent re-test.
When I called up to book the appointment the person I spoke to was rude and unhelpful.
The GP consultation was fine, and the only good part of this service.
