Spent two days with Sharon and Shaun searching for our dream home and what you see is what you get. Both on and off camera they are genuine, warm, fun people who have your best interests at heart.
We had a very healthy budget and most estate agents would have tried to get us to spend the whole amount, not the Garners. They showed us options which were best for us including spending half the amount and renovating an existing property. An honest, decent estate agent is hard to find these days and we could not recommend Spanish Property Choice any higher.

Professionalism from everyone. Matt arrived on time to take photographs. He put a review on social network within a couple of days. We had viewings almost immediately. A sale was agreed on the second viewing with SPC.
Emma, Office Manager, emailed or messaged every step of the way with comprehensive information. Sometimes late at night. When a reservation fee and 10% deposit was paid she messaged over a weekend. She didn't need to, but knew it would put our minds at rest. Everyone we spoke to in the office (Mojacar) was extremely helpful and pleasant.
