Excellent - topservice -safe

As property owners, Spain-holiday.com is a great company to deal with when looking for a website to list a vacation rental property. Excellent, prompt and friendly help with any questions or issues. The website also supplies property owners with a lot of helpful information about relevant specialized topics like the requirements of the new Vacation Rental laws in Andalucia. Communication with potential renters is easy and straightforward. Great company.

I have been renting my four properties for the last 7 years and have seen many changes in the terms and conditions from the larger rental web sites. Many of them are practically impossible to contact and their commissions and service charges are constantly rising, while their customer services to the home owners are diminishing. This is definitely not the case with Spain-Holiday. They offer a fantastic client service and are always available to help solve any issues or problems that may occur. I receive a high percentage of my bookings from their site and I would not hesitate to recommend them. This is a company that genuinely cares. Thank you Spain-holiday

I have been with Spain-Holiday for two years. It was a delight to see how thorough they are with detailing how to enter details on the web, and protecting personal data. Always helpful when photos load upside down or on their sides, apart from other technicalities. They keep up to date and modernise their systems accordingly. Great personnel. Thanks to you all!

I therefore listed with Spain Holiday in April last year.

My experience so far has been just excellent. A sensible posting process with good controls on ensuring the property is owned by the advertiser. A sensible base price for a year of advertising, and an absolutely first class telephone and email support service. I have had one or two issues with map positions and Catalonian HUT permit references and the support people are helpful, prompt and absolutely first class.
My last email from them included a suggestion to use their last minute discount facility, as the support operative had looked at the listing and seen October was short on bookings. This was of course a chargeable extra with OD so I had not looked at it. All part of the service with SH.

And it works - first enquiry received only 2 days after my listing went live and a steady run of enquiries since..

So Spanish owners try SH - I think you will be impressed, very similar to the old OD offering but with better service.

UPDATE
I did an email to Spain Holidays support thanking them for their help and indicating I was an OD refugee, and encouraging them to recruit more owners like myself and warmly commending them on their service. This email was responded to by the CEO of the business himself. This demonstrates a culture of listening to their customers that is led from the top. Very encouraging!!. A complete and refreshing change to the OD attitude.

These people are just first rate.

I've used them for maybe 15 years, tried other larges sites but they get too big, 'Americanised' and impersonal.
There is a direct communication with the other party which I like.
I have no connection with the company and will not be using them more as I've stopped renting due to the increased Spanish bureaucracy !

Over the years I have used different rental sites and, in my opinion, no other comes even remotely close to Spain Holiday in terms of professionalism and effectiveness. The sites is visually very attractive and automatically provides map and other visual support material to give users a thoroughly comprehensive description of the property and the area within which it is located. Furthermore it provides the property owner constant and regular feedback on enquiries received and, last but not least, recommends improvements to the web page in order to enhance effectiveness. In summary unreservedly a AAA product.

Don't take too much notice of their rating system. They add extra stars to make their properties more attractive to customers. I gave 3.5 stars for the property we stayed in and 4 stars for the area, but Spain Holiday.Com decided to change it to 4.5 and 5 respectively, thus making it a better prospect. When I queried it and asked them to change it they said that's how they do it!
Not a company to trust I think!

Our family own an apartment in Benalmádena, Spain since december 2012 that we let out when we are not their ourselves.
We have only used spain-holiday.com and we have had almost full booking from the start.
The support spain-holiday.comhas helped us with several issues since it is the first time we own and let an apartment out it has been good to have a speaking partner to consult.
When we have had questions they have been answered witin 24 hours and they have also helped with login issues etcetera.

Their fee is not high compared to competing companies and I have several times been contacted by others wanting to help us but I have told them I am satisfied and their fees have been higher on top of that...

I have been an advertiser with this site for 5 years now. I started with advertising my own property and as I am a rental representative, I have gradually put all the properties I deal with for homeowners with on there- due to the excellent results. It is so easy to make an advert, the management tools are fast and effective, logging in is very safe with their verification steps. Everything is very clearly explained. Their updates are very informative. They are so easy to contact and their customer service couldn't be better. Unfortunately- other sites have a big problem regarding service to advertisers.
I recommend this site to all homeowners and to all holidaymakers. Their adverts are attractive and clearly set out. In my opinion, I don't think I could have found a better site and due to this, I am slowly but surely cancelling my subscriptions to the other sites I advertise with. I also think their price to advertise is very very good value for money

I have been booking my holidays since 2008 with Spain-Holidays. I have stayed in many of the Apartments advertised and have found they are just like the profile picture and its so easy to do the booking . Im just after booking another holiday in Playa Flamenca The apartment looks wonderful and very near the Playa Flamenca center where there is a large number of resturants and pubs there. The Crown bar does lovely meals and a good Irish breakfast .... And a must for KING COD they do the best fish and chips i ever tasted ......The new Shopping mall is well worth a visit you could nearly spend the day there But the Beaches are my favorite soooo relaxing and most of all very clean .Hope you consider booking with spain-holidays and have a wonderful holiday .
