I wouldn't even give this a 1 star! We booked our family holiday for August this year with spainonline booking, communication was good with Antonio Jesus Rodriguez Prada until a few days ago we tried to access the link to our booking/villa and it had disappeared! No website, phone number invalid and emails bouncing! How can anyone do this?? They have scammed us out of £2000 and I have 3 very disappointed children. Absolutely gutted

Incredibly disappointing. I booked a very expensive villa through spainonlinebooking in Mallorca for July and spoke frequently to their agent Antonio Jesus Rodriguez Prada throughout the booking process. I have paid for the villa in full including a large deposit and am now met with radio silence from their team. The website has been inactive/down for days, emails are bouncing, phone calls aren't being answered and just ring through. It would appear the company has either gone under or this is a very sophisicated scam we're now unfortunately involved in.

If anyone from LM Travel/ Spainonlinebooking can see this please contact me ASAP to resolve this, I have family flying out with no where to stay.

Spain Online Booking responded with sympathy. The villa I booked and paid for is currently being advertised with a different company, who confirmed the dates I booked and paid for are available.
I have sent several emails, what’s app messages and Facebook no response.
I have given them time to respond to me regarding the villa showing it is available for the dates paid for unfortunately no response.

My daughter has booked a holiday through LM Travel Agencia de Viajes, C. Canada, 25 – Local, 28030, Madrid, Spain and since paying them 6000 euros for the villa in Mallorca all their communications have ceased. No telephone numbers are answered, their website spainonlinebooking.com has disappeared. We have tried contacting them through their Instagram also, nothing. Six of us are booked on this holiday for the first week in July and we are beginning to believe there are a fraudulent company as there seems to be no way to contact them. Internet searches reveal a number of travellers have booked with them to find they have been defrauded. I am posting this in the hope they will get in contact, otherwise we have no choice but to believe we have been scammed. Please could this company contact me ASAP to reassure us as we have no wish to condemn a company wrongly.

We booked a villa in Tenerife South and the whole experience felt very professional from beginning to end. The property was modern, comfortable and exactly as described online. What we appreciated most was the reliability. All information was sent on time, check-in was easy and somebody was always available if we needed assistance during the stay. We would definitely use this agency again.

We travelled to Gran Canaria with our children and honestly the whole holiday went better than expected. The villa was spacious, clean and ideal for families. The children loved the pool and we really enjoyed having a large outdoor area where we could relax in the evenings.

What impressed us most was the customer service. Before arrival the agency answered all our questions very quickly and during the holiday they checked in to make sure everything was going well. It really made the whole experience feel much more personal and professional.

We have booked holiday villas before with other companies and sometimes communication disappears after payment, but here everything was handled properly from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We stayed in one of their villas on the Costa del Sol and had a brilliant experience overall. The booking process was fast, payment instructions were clear and the support during the stay was very good. The team also helped us arrange a late check-out because of our evening flight which we really appreciated. Would definitely book through them again.

I have booked a villa in Aug and paid in full. Tried to email the company yesterday and access the website but neither work. Unfortunately looks like this has all been a scam and by looking at previous reviews they confirm that. DO NOT BOOK!!

It also looks to me that the company is writing there own positive reviews as they reply to reviews on here yet don’t receive any phone calls or emails and now have no website!

We have been scammed of £4000. We got made to pay villa in full after speaking over the phone and back and forth by email. Has been reported to the police and fraud team. Is going to be fully investigated.

This was our second time using this agency and once again everything was easy and well organised. They helped us with airport transfers and even gave us some really good local restaurant recommendations after we arrived. The villa was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for our family holiday. Very reliable company overall.

We stayed in mallorca for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The villa was located in a quiet area but still close to beaches and resturants. Everything was clean and very well prepared for our arrival. The terrace and outdoor dining area were fantastic and we spent most evenings outside enjoying the weather. Communication was always quick and friendly and the booking process was very easy overall.

From the moment we made our enquiry, the entire experience was handled professionally and efficiently. We had several questions before booking as we were travelling with three generations of the family, and every email was answered promptly with clear and helpful information. When we arrived, the villa was even better than the photographs suggested. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained and offered plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The pool area quickly became the centre of our holiday, while the outdoor dining terrace was perfect for evening meals together. It is rare to find a company that delivers exactly what is promised, but in this case everything exceeded expectations. We would not hesitate to book through them again.
