Initially I thought the email was a scam. I did some research and found out the email was legitimate. The whole process from start to finish was very efficient. Brian was excellent to deal with told you the process and kept you updated throughout the process. Was very quick from start to finish. Was extremely happy with the service and would recommend Smarter Claims. Well done Brian on your excellent service.

At first, I was not sure it was a scammer or not. I did some research and did not see much information about this place. Anyway, I just did it because I didn’t have to pay for anything. It turned out it real and I got money back from what I lost. I am so happy. Thank you for your help.

Brian and the Smarter Claims team went out of their way to help me claim unclaimed monies from a long time ago that I didn't even realise I had.
Like many, I initially dismissed Brian's emails as a scam. But when I finally decided to call, Brian answered all my questions patiently and respectfully. My case was somewhat complicated as I left Australia years ago and have since lived in different places. Brian made every effort to establish a strong case for me, communicating tirelessly between the authorities and me the client. The claim eventually came through after much back-and-forth. Brian and his team were courteous, patient and professional to work with. I cannot recommend their service highly enough.
