We first came across Steve and his legal services in relation to insurance claims in 2000. We have continued to use Steve for services, in relation to major fire and flood/burst pipe insurance claims since that time and found the advice to be exceptional and along with Steves input we have been able to agree insurance claims to reinstate policyholders to put them back into their position pre incident, as insurers/adjusters continuously try to reduce the claim. We have been able to be successful with insurers/adjusters accusations of being under insured, attempts to reduce extent of works and also in relation to insurers/adjusters undervaluing claims.

Someone hit my car while it was parked and drove off. Put the claim in and they turned it down… said the damage was already there. It wasn't.
It was a small claim, so I'd pretty much written it off and moved on. Then I tried smarterclaims - uploaded the refusal and my policy, and explained the whole situation, what actually happened and what damage was already there. Smarter Claims made challenging my travel insurance refusal so easy! The process is extremely intuitive and easy to follow. Best part was that i only had to input the refusal letter and policy and all the work was done by smarter claims including drafting a rebuttal letter which i could print immediately as well as sharing citations etc. Highly recommend the service if you want to challenge your insurer without having to spend a lot of time and energy.

I am generally quite skeptical of that kind of services so I didn't have particularly high expectations. I was genuinely surprised by how straightforward and effective the process was.
