My husband suffered a serious RTA nearly four years ago and has been diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety and PTSD. He is also waiting on further surgery.
My husband clearly did not realise what clicking on claim companies would be liable for and despite me requesting any claims be terminated, instead Claim Smart have now invoiced for cancellation costs.

These people do not have a heart, any compassion ir soul.

Scam company. Called me regarding a car but I have no car and don't drive.

Why do they lie. Told me they were ringing up about a car I had on finance which I didn’t. Lady became upset when I called the company a scam which she defended. She tried to gaslight another company that gave the info. I did point out that she said I had finance so she is being presumptuous.

You can claim direct from your car finance company for free, need to ban these scummy companies who will steal a significant part of your claim as a "fee"
