I would give 0 stars for this company if I could. They are blatantly cheating people. I remember that I was bombarded with emails and Instagram ads when this PCP news came. I have an email saying I am registered from them in March- maybe I clicked . Leave that! Exactly 15 working days after , they send me the terms and conditions-bear in my mind- the free cancellation is for 14 days. THAT IS CHEATING! I got an email from Volkswagen that we have two companies acting on your behalf, I have to cancel one. One company, I knew as they were updating me, calling me, messaging me . So I cancelled this company which had been silent for 3 months and suddenly I get an email about charges. PLS DONT USE THIS COMPANY, it’s a huge SCAM!!!!

I would if I could not even give One Star. Don’t go anywhere near this company.
I like many people have been inundated with companies promising the earth to get you compensated for Miss sold motor finance. I did not realise I had signed up with this company. I recently got scammed foolishly, but it hurt and when I received correspondence from this company, I replied advising I don’t wish to peruse any type of claim. Now writing to me that I will owe them money if I cancel. I imagine they have just used a template to populate my details So beware of this company they will hound you ,even if you don’t wish to claim.

I will give some credit to there prompt response to my complaint and I am happy with the resolution

They not deserve for one. They sent me email with information that I completing and signing form for reclaim my money, but I didn’t sign nothing. When I send them email that I didn’t sign, they reply that maybe I don’t remember what I’m doing!!!!!!!!!! I DON’T HAVE DEMENTIA!!!! I still know what I’m doing!!!

Like many others on here a claim was initiated without a contract being signed, I sent an enquiry and was then bombarded with emails, up ti eight a day, telling me the progress of my claim. A contract was then sent for me to sign and advised if I did not want to continue I had 14 days to consider. I sent numerous emails enclosing the required cancellation form but no response. Finally managed to ring and cancel, the email I was sent then informed me I should be liable for charges, but they would waive these in this instance, totally unlawful as I dad not signed and returned the firm to continue. A very dubious company with practices verging on harassment and based on misinformation. Avoid totally, it is a scam.

I had a very concerning experience with Blue Lion Claims.
I was told there is a “contract” in place, despite the fact that I have never signed or agreed to anything with this company. When I asked them to provide proof—such as a signed agreement or any clear evidence of my consent—nothing was provided.
Under UK law, a contract requires clear acceptance by both parties. As a consumer, I am also protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires terms to be fair and transparent. In this case, neither of those standards appear to have been met.

What I find most worrying is the attempt by Blue Lion Claims to enforce terms that were never agreed to. This feels like undue pressure and raises serious concerns about their practices.

I would strongly urge anyone considering using Blue Lion Claims to proceed with extreme caution. Make sure you fully understand exactly what you are agreeing to and do not rely on assumptions.

Based on my experience, I would not trust this company.

I have been waiting nearly three years for my claim to be investigated. Can’t even remember the last time I heard from them. Maybe my claim has just disappeared into a black hole somewhere.
It would be nice to know the outcome good or bad.
There was someone called Andrew who was dealing with it. He told me they were waiting for it to go to court.

Some how so many solicitors are acting on my behalf regarding a PCP claim. I contacted Claim Lion Law to cancel the claim as been told only one is allowed to deal with it, Claim Lion have now said I'm liable for fees and that I signed documents when I haven't. Terrible

I believe this is a scam company! I receieved a random email saying i needed to sign into a portal and to follow a link (no link attached) I replied saying I didnt recognise the company or signing up. I then recieved an email saying if i didnt log into the portal im breaching the terms and conditions I signed (ive signed nothing to my knowledge) . Ive emailed back saying i think this is a scam and to take me off their list. Theyve sent an email saying again about a breach and i may be liable for fees and theyre passing it on to cancellations. ....... be careful this whole thing doesnt make any sense! Going to report to FCA and Ombusman.

Signed up for a PPI claim well over 2 years ago, sent all relevant documents etc. Never heard from these people, no updates, no information. Got an email from them yesterday to say they couldn’t progress my claim because the company can’t locate me as a previous customer, the company I’ve had 3 different credit cards with… I replied to the email asking for them to confirm which company the claim was for and what further info I was required to send. Their response was the exact same email they had already sent. Waste of time.

I need to know if you are a genuine claims company
before I go ahead and sign into the portal
is this a scam????

Recently had a claim completed. Apart from when it started untill final stages did not hear much from ClaimLion to the extent of not remembering what it was about!! I was then kept fully up to date on the final stage of the claim which was successful. I was a bit shocked with being awarded over 2K but only received £800odd due to court charges and ClaimLion charges but it was still money I would otherwise not have

Changed the way they deal with what was the issue I had previously reviewed for a company that listen to their customers and now are pursuing my claim for me.

I was sent an engagement letter, PPI claim pack and a form to sign.

It is now 03/02/25. I wouldn’t be mad if I received correspondence telling me I was ineligible. But the fact that I was simply do a culling of my emails, didn't recognise the company and then noticed I’d signed with them almost 2 years ago! I still have the claim pack AND the certificate of so-called authenticity. What a joke.

This is not against this company at all but be extremely careful i just received an email telling me about my PPI claim on a card a did have, i checked the email address at the bottom and is a different post code acting as scammers pretending to be this company so please check address are correct. Thank you

The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. I was kept abreast of developments at every stage.

Claim lion law was very professional in handling my case .

From the outset I was kept informed in a clear and easily understood way. Without confusing jargon and with clear options. Each stage was explained in a way that I felt made my decisions easier to make.

In general the process was good, but there was a change in personnel that seemed to slow the process down as I was asked to answer the same questions on 3 separate occasions.
