We were absolutely delighted with the purchase of both a summer house and a sauna. Both of these structures were perfectly packaged and arrived on time. Do be mindful that they are large deliveries and you will need to make space. We opted to have them built for us as I didn’t fancy tackling this particular task! However once built, they look amazing - Thank you.

Simply Log have been amazing with my requirements for a cabin, initially I had decided on a larger cabin but realised it wasn’t suitable and Lewis was very quick to respond to my needs. Lewis was really helpful with deciding what was right for me and home. They were great, highly recommended.

From ordering to delivery, Simply Log Cabins /Gudrum were excellent, always keeping you in the loop re delivery etc etc.
They held the Kit for me for a month whilst I prepared the site at no cost.
I would like to say how well the "kit" was packaged and delivered.
It was completely waterproof and there was no damage and not one piece was missing.
Plans galore and relatively easy to follow.
I did have a Carpenter to help me and he was indispensable.
The wood was superbly cut and the quality of the wood was excellent .
We chose not to use the Lattice windows in this instance.
I now have to decorate inside and build a small patio outside the doors..
I would not hesitate to recommend Simply Log Cabins for they have produced a Simply great Log Cabin.

Terrible service, damaged item, customer service don’t care, communication completely stops. I’ve had this cabin for 1 week now and I can’t do any work on it due to missing pieces and damaged items. Emails and calls to customer service, no one cares. Avoid!!! Edit: I’ve just had an extremely unprofessional email from Lewis: Sales manager whom must have typed his email whilst emotionally flooded I followed this up with an a phone call straight away. Lewis was extremely rude, show no empathy for my situation. Said the damage was minor and had no accountability for the situation. I had builders in to construct the cabin and I’ve had to use the damaged parts. Not structural but still cosmetic, I’m saddened that this issue could not have been resolved with an offer of compensation. Such a shame. But my advice would to be to use someone else instead. Note: based on the conversation I have just had with Lewis, Simply Cabins will respond to this review to discredit it. I assure you, this information is factual. Fantastic Log Cabins & Great Customer Service
We’ve recently purchased five log cabins for our forest school provision, and we’re absolutely delighted with them! The products are amazing—strong, well-built, and perfect for what we need.

Customer service from Lewis was great—he was really helpful throughout the process. The delivery service was also good; most of the time, we were kept well informed, although we did have to chase up communication on a couple of occasions.

Overall, a brilliant experience and we would definitely recommend them. Thank you again!

Customer service pre-purchase and throughout the manufacturing was excellent. Lewis was warm and friendly, and gave regular updates as well as answered all my questions.
Delivery was easy and straight forward and well packaged with no damage to the sauna kit. It had been very well waterproofed so was able to sit outside for a month in Scottish winter weather before construction with no issues at all.
Construction was easy with clear and easy to follow instructions provided (we self built the final product).
Very happy in all respects.

Having shopped around for a garden office we found Simply Log Cabins had a very good price for what we wanted (Palmako Andrea) and we took advantage of a Black Friday offer to reduce the price further. Not knowing where to start with what to consider when thinking about how and where to install it and considerations around insulation and finishing we found Lewis at Simply Log Cabins to be really helpful, responsive and friendly along the way. The buying experience was really straightforward and they referred us to a trusted fitter who came and did a great job too.

We are really happy with our garden office and I am glad to recommend Simply Log Cabins to friends who have seen ours and are now considering getting a garden office themselves and to others on here also.

Nice company to deal with and very happy with our purchase!

The company is nice enough when it comes to selling something and answering emails but not when it comes to resolving much.
I bough a garage where the walls wobble in the slightest wind (and in a strong wind you think they will come apart). The felt tiles started to blew off within days. The doors bow under their own weight (as the two hinges are not sufficient). And the lock didn't turn up with the rest of the kit.
On the plus side they did get a lock sent from the supplier within days (for me to install) when I pointed out it was missing.
But my concerns about the design were dismissed.
They blamed the installers for not fixing the roof properly and the installers blamed the design.
I have ended up having to sort all of it myself at my expense.

The product arrived quickly and was well made with clear assembly instructions. It is now up and looks great - very happy

Fast delivery and excellent service. I haven't built the polytunnel but I think it will be alright. Thank you. I recommend this seller.

Brilliant product high quality material looks great and very sturdy prompt and secure delivery with easy to follow instructions, I would certainly recommend them.

We had a great experience ordering our log cabin with Simply Log Cabins. It was just as described, was delivered when requested with absolutely no problems. We love it.

We were able to book our initial delivery and then able to move the date forward when works were completed ahead of schedule.
Arrived well packed and in a good order to build.

Service was good. The cabin was delivered at the appointed time and all was in order. We love the cabin! It is spacious and perfect for our needs! A quality product which we hope will give many years of service, and at an excellent price!
4 stars rather than 5 simply because it arrived later then planned, ( by a couple of weeks), and we had to make several phone calls to the company when they had promised to call us back but didn’t.But all in all a good company and good service. Would use this company again.

The Log Cabin ordered before season but get very late after season without excuse much after the deadline
Plenty of parts damaged or curved after contact Gudrum office absolutely lax response
The worst experience I got with the roofing not recommended at all they sent me a roofing tiles but no seal and nails after I contacted them and ask for return possibility absolutely lack of interest where is the law about 28 days if the customer not happy I don’t know….
Never ever again Gudrum

Leaking log cabin. Useless seals supplied but fault continues. Company now refuse to respond to e mails requesting their next course of action. Deplorable customer service.

Bought Ines 1 summerhouse back in August.
Delivery was stress free. Had our Summerhouse professionally installed by independent joiner.
Mounted on “floating” wooden base. Joiner has done a superb job and said he was impressed by fit and finish of all components. Result is lovely, with a cosy,warm , draught free and waterproof building. Also very quiet and a cosy oasis in our garden . Absolutely love it, and excellent value overall.
