Don’t normally leave reviews, but in this case I feel I need too. We have dealt with SG Petch for years, but this was our first experience of the Richmond Branch. From booking a viewing, through to the test drive and eventually the purchase, we felt at complete ease. Primarily due to Catherine. She was excellent and we are so pleased we had her through the process. She was prompt and emailed us when she needed, and made our purchase and trade-in simple. She was also exceptionally good with our toddler who was being a bit of a terror on collection.

Very happy with our purchase of our Kia Sorento and we will be back to this store in the not so distant future to replace my partners car.

We recently visited the Petch's Middlesbrough dealership to arrange a vehicle through the Motability Scheme, and the entire experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish.We were assisted by a young gentleman named Tyler, who was an absolute credit to the dealership. From the moment we sat down, Tyler was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely interested in what we were looking for. He took the time to listen to our specific needs, ensuring we found the perfect vehicle rather than just trying to rush us through a sale.His professionalism throughout the entire process was top-tier. He handled all of the Motability paperwork and the official car order promptly and efficiently, making what can sometimes be a daunting process feel completely effortless. Aside from his excellent work ethic, he is just an overall lovely, well-mannered young man who made us feel valued as customers.Furthermore, the excellent service wasn't just limited to Tyler. Every single member of the staff we came into contact with during our visit was equally polite, welcoming, and friendly. There is clearly a great team culture at this branch, and it makes a huge difference.If you are looking to make a Motability purchase, we cannot recommend Petch's Middlesbrough—and Tyler in particular—highly enough! From initial visit to handover of the car at our third visit, we found the Castletown branch a pleasure to deal with. From phone to face to face contacts, the style is one of pleasantly professional engagement. No pressure sale tactics, hepful and informative, with apparent transparency throughout. Thank you to all staff we engaged with, but particularly Jeff, who guided us through the process once we had made our choice. First time we have used Petch, but would not hesitate to do so again. Recommend without hesitation based on our own experience with the used car sales department.

Just had my car in for recall. They done what that had to do. When I got my car back they had cleaned it inside and out. Great service thank you. I have the Inster, which has been good for me as a lovely little car to drive. Sales team are great and can not do enough for you.

I have rang the sales department several times leaving all my details and asking for a price on a new car , unfortunately no one has bothered to ring me back !!!! So I will spend my money else where at a garage that can be bothered to contact me and have the decency to return my call . A very dissatisfied potential customer .

I found the staff very friendly and helpful They didn’t hassle you and let you view the cars in peace They were also very helpful with paperwork and explained every aspect of the process

Kirsty at the York branch was brilliant, she remained calm when we couldn’t get finance and was really supportive during the process. We managed to find finance and she was super fast in getting the car ready and dealing with the finance company at short notice as we wanted to get the car quickly. Thank you so much. The car is amazing.

Bought a Hyundai tucson and very happy with it, lovely car. Customer service was great been to other garages previously but by far this has the best customer service. David was very helpful and explained everything to us and made sure the car was ready for us to pick up. Would deffo recommend
