Ordered doors in July 2022... still waiting for any response about delivery in February 2023... no response to my emails & the phone lines don't get answered.
Edit: wow, I had a response here within a few hours but still no reply to any of my numerous emails & it’s now 10th March, and, yes, I included my order number in the email title. I am starting legal proceedings, sadly I don’t feel I have any other option.

I have ordered from this company before and the doors arrived just fine. I then ordered some more early Dec 2022 and still wating in Feb. I get little to no response from the business to my requests for a delivery update and attempts to cancel the order. I strongly recommend not using this business.

Still waiting for my order, no email response, no phone calls! This is my second review, they responded to my first one so quickly stating it was with transport & they’d be in contact. No contact.
I am going to report this company to trading standards.
Please email me and send me a refund today.

This is the second time I’m writing a review on this despicable company they shouldn’t be allowed to trade their customer care he’s absolutely disgraceful I’m still waiting for a reply with regards to a refund. They only replied to me last time because of my last review I just like to say to anybody out there, please please please please don’t ever use this company

I ordered a door from this company back in May 2022! After chasing them relentlessly via emails and phone calls (which they never ever pick up). They finally responded via email in September 2022 saying they will issue a refund. It is now February 2023 and I still have NOT received my refund nor my delivery nor a response. I've been in the hospitality industry for 30+ years and dealt with many individuals and businesses/companies but this is by far the worst experience I've had. I have never given a bad review as I know how it can effect the business, I prefer to give constructive criticism so they can improve. I'm writing this review because I don't want other people like myself to be out of pocket, especially during the cost of living crisis.

Order 26558. You can see from previous comments the doors were meant to be in transit weeks ago. Of course we have not received them and can’t contract by phone any longer as just goes to answer phone so I’m very surprised a5 star reviewer phoned and spoke to someone as their phone number has changed to a premium rate number attached to answer machine. Asked via email what was happening 3 emails no reply. Asked for a refund yet again. Been asking for a refund for 4 months now. Why can we not get a refund? I am inclined to believe these 5star reviews are in fact false based on our investigations and other comments on this platform with the same problem as us. I would urge further investigation into the 5 star reviews as it isn’t fair for honest people. I want my money back wrote to the company but they have so far ignored me. Like all the others in the same situation we have gone to trading standards and they are very well aware of this company so we are unfortunately taking that path to obtain our money back. Very disappointing. I hope no one else finds themselves in our situation. It is most distressing.

Despite promises and excuses, no doors or refunds have been forthcoming. The Owner will no doubt respond with another excuse, so I have had to go elsewhere to purchase doors.
I am a pensioner and have explained my situation to the MD, but he refuses to refund my monies paid to him on 28 Sept 2022.
PLEASE PLEASE send me a refund as I have had to purchase doors from elsewhere as you have failed to meet your obligations.
I hope you respond telling all on this website that you will be reasonable and refund without further delay

Avoid this company like the plague! Broken promises, unanswered emails, no calls returned.
Placed order for a single stable door on the 8th May 2022. Preorder date for delivery was expected to be November. Seemed a long lead time but with supply chains at full stretch we were willing to wait as this was the door we wanted. After ordering and paying we had a confirmation email giving a 2 week delivery as it was in stock.
Happy days? Unfortunately not. This is where it all went wrong. After a supposed internal security breach, multiple unanswered emails, phone calls and broken promises, we were told in no uncertain terms that it clearly stated a November delivery so we would have to wait. So we did, and we are still waiting!!
We eventually managed to speak to somebody and formally cancelled the order and requested a refund in full. Safe to say this hasn’t materialised. 30 days seems a reasonable time to process this request, but apparently not as we are still waiting.
I’m afraid I couldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is absolutely awful, the worst I’ve ever come across. If I could give a minus rating I most certainly would

Useless from beginning to end, poor communication, long delays, order cancelled then even more delays for refund
Pay more and get doors elsewhere

Reply to SethcoDoorStore 16/2:I was told my refund was actioned 26/1;in fact I provided bank details so I could receive refund in bank Acc rather than waiting>2wks for cc refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Order was placed on 20th June 2022, total spent £840.
This order was never received and after numerous back and forth with false promises of delivery I requested a refund on 4th Oct 2022.
No refund has been received.
Payment was made via bank transfer so no opportunity to claim back from bank.
I cannot stress this enough to not use this company.

UPDATE 14th Feb - still no refund as promised!!!!!!Worst experience. Ordered door mid November. No door has arrived. Hardly any e-mails responded to and been promised a refund on rare occasion they reply but this has not arrived. The was for a cellar door as part of new kitchen. Builder now left the job. Have cold air running through my downstairs from cellar and can't keep warm. Avoid at all costs.

Calling is a waste of time as the automated messaged advises email only, however they won’t respond to any emails so you’re left completely in the dark. All I’ve received are automated messages with assurances they’ll get back as soon as they can, but in the end they’re just empty words, empty promises.

Whatever their excuses are, they shouldn’t be accepting orders if they’ve not got the capacity to manage and fulfil them (nor as I suspect any intention to fulfil them). Refund requested, as expected no response at all. Terrible. If you actually want something in return for your money, don’t spend it here.

I have ordered doors at the end of November with delivery week commencing 12th Dec 2022.

Till today, I see no doors, I see no reply, I see no refund, nothing. Phone line isn't working, and email- I get reply very rarely (with lies of course any way) so even reply for your questions are worthless.

If you want to save time and money, Avoid them, and of course we will take a legal way with them at the moment.

Poor customer service and never seen anything like it ever in my life....

I ordered some doors on 1st December which never arrived, after being assured they were being dispatched. I ended up cancelling the order but am still waiting for my refund which was promised. It's been difficult to get a straight response via phone or email from this company, as they assure you things are being processed but nothing actually happens. I would never use this company again and would recommend people avoid using them. It's the worst online ordering experience I have had.

We ordered a door back in July 22. The door failed to turn up so we cancelled the order and bought it elsewhere. Do date we have not received a refund and it is almost impossible to contact them. The couple of responses we had have been outright lies (e,g "We are just about to do the refund" - about three months ago). I have now sent a preparatory letter to making a claim through small claims and still no response. We will be making a claim but it's a hassle. Safe yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Do not buy from these guys. They don't deliver.
I purchased 4 doors in December with a 5 to 7 days deliver promise. And as per today not only I haven't received anything, but they have been ignoring my emails. I do not know yet if I will ever receive my order. They don't answer when called at the phone. Total disaster.

UPDATE
Still nothing, like many more other people have confirmed they will tell you that the order is on its way over and over but still nothing. They even showed me some fake excel screenshot. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. They won't deliver your order at the end. I am still due for a refund. In the meantime I suggest to other customers to report them to actionfraud police uk and ncsc gov uk, fraud section

I would never normally do this... We ordered before Christmas and we are still with out doors. We have called the company numerous times on both their new and old number but they do not answer. Emailed two weeks ago, no reply. Just want my money back now. Terrible way to run a business and I'm sure they think they can get away with it but looks like things are starting to back fire!
