I ordered furniture from here. I was promised an email and text from their delivery team which never arrived. All sounds great at first, then radio silence. Making claim on my CC. Do not trust their promises on delivery.

Unbelievable how this company can get away with taking people's money, not delivering goods and not giving refund when requested.
February 2022 doors ordered, no delivery. October 2022 refund requested.
Was told my money would be back in my bank account on 24th/25th March. No money received.
I emailed them Monday, Wednesday and Friday last week asking where my money is, they are now not even bothering to answer my emails.
14 months they have had my money, this has got to be a scam company, because surely this is against the law.
I just wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering from this company, there seem to be a lot of people been conned by this company.

UPDATE
On 3rd April I had to file a claim against this company with the claims court. I just hope they take notice of this and pay me my money back.
After letting them know about this they emailed to ask how much money they owed me!!!!! It was supposedly passed to the accounts department in October 2022, so why do they need to ask me this now?
The latest excuse for not getting a refund after what's now 15 months is apparently they have had "a lot of changes due to matters that have been investigated in previous members of staff"
How many more excuses can they come up with for not issuing my refund????
Once again they are now ignoring my emails to them asking if they are going to give me my money back.
IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO END UP HAVING TO GO TO EXTREME LENGTHS TO GET GOODS/REFUND BACK AVOID THIS COMPANY AS IT WOULD APPEAR THAT THEY ARE SCAMMERS

It's only fair I should update this review to say I have now received my refund. It's been a very stressful process getting my money back from them, so I would highly recommend not using this company

I ordered 2 doors on 21st March and I have received no correspondence to any emails and cannot seem to contact the company.
I have asked for an update on my order but after reading these reviews I now feel very uneasy about the company and I am not filled with trust so I have asked for a refund.
We are waiting for these doors and I have no idea when they will arrive so I want my money back so I can purchase elsewhere.
If I do not receive a refund I will contact trading standards and the bank.

After previous review I wish to leave another re delivery.

That was going to be put into motion 2 weeks ago, they said, “tomorrow at the latest” 2 week ago. It never happened. I doubt this door existed let alone was loaded.

After booking the handyman no less than 5 times!!!!!!!!!! And cancelling I got the door elsewhere - it came in 2 days and Seth door are completely ignoring me - I’ve sent email on email - I’ve called and they still aren’t answering. I want the refund and radio silence.

2 months minus a few days I’ve been awaiting this door.

AVOID - MAY AS WELL BURN YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Cannot believe how many peoples money they take and nothing is done about it. I hope they get their karma - it’s disgusting, literally taking money from hard working families with children. DISGUSTING

Ordered a door last May (2022) which I was told was on a 5-10 day lead time. Once I managed to finally get hold of the company, I was told the door was delayed. By the time mid July hit I asked for the order to be cancelled, as clearly the door was never going to arrive, despite promises and emails saying my door was ready. Other excuses included a “computer breach”.

I chased the refund numerous times and was even sent confirmation of the pending refund but alas, no refund. We are now 8 months down the line…

Absolutely atrocious service.

Returned still packed UNUSED 2 doors on 31/03/23 due to not delivering full order and still chasing them for my money. Will update once I get my money back.

COMPLETE SCAM! Avoid at all cost! 3rd review as no emails have been responded to. Order placed 27/12/22. I have had 3 false promises of delivery. No delivery of order so I requested a refund 18/02/23 which still hasn’t been fulfilled. Order no.50329

Do Not use this company! Total scam!, they have taken my payment for goods supposed to be in stock on 25th Dec 22 and failed to deliver. Initially some e mails were responded to with more lies about delivery, then nothing, no contact whatsoever. Eventually cancelled and requested refund, still nothing weeks later. I am now starting legal proceedings through small claims court and informing trading standards. Whatever you do, do not pay by bank transfer as you will be unable to get refund through the banks. - Order 50321 Do Not use this company!!!!

Updated 12/03/23 following response from company. This is a total scam, the order was cancelled weeks ago as per letters and e mails. Request for refund was made on several occasions and all ignored. This refund is weeks overdue with no communication. Therefore I am starting legal proceedings and informing trading standards as well as using review platforms to help others from being scammed. Your response is more lies. if you have any legitimate intentions, you will issue a full refund with immediate effect to resolve this issue.

A scam company. DO NOT buy from them. Banks, FSA and trading standards all investigating them. The 5 star reviews are from themselves promoting their other scam companies.
They don't deliver, don't reply to emails and pretend they are all sick on the customer service desk on a voicemail. Also known as Steel River doors.

4th review, this company have no intention of delivering your order or supplying you with a refund, My dispute has been going on since May last year, please be warned. I was promised finally my refund would be with me yesterday after chasing and getting lies upon lies of replies on this and email when they bother to respond. Unfortunately ccj wont be satisified and now i will be having to pay for the enforcement officer to investigate and visit to get my money. I may also visit my local police station to see if i can file a report about them as im furious. Please, please, please do not order off this company, I Unfortunately think they are a scam due to my experience, no door no refund after months of stress, AVOID at all costs

Seems my family is not the first to be done by this company but now I have had enough of sitting back to get no feedback. The phone never gets answered and in near 3 months had two replies on email.

Funds wired 06.01.2023 and no doors still 07.03.2023 or contact at all. Even told on the 27.01.2023 doors were due into the warehouse in the next day.

Worst customer service ever experienced from an online business that looks and claims to be long standing offering a vast array of product.

Brought a door set in October 21..
communication was good to start with then I found myself chasing…
Long story short, broken door, and 2 broken frames, still an incomplete set, and no refund.
Took them to a small claims court, today in fact, they didn’t show up and I was awarded damages.

Surely they can’t continue trading in the future…. Please stay clear of this ‘Family run business ‘

This is regarding Order No 50373 and the first time ever of having to review a company on trustpilot. Ordered a door on 9 January 2023 and since that date the odd email has been exchanged under much duress, and no phone contact. Appalling company, does not follow up any promises and appears to take people’s money under false pretences. My personal advice is do not order from this company.

In response to your reply my mobile number is correct on the order form and two emails have been received from you this evening . My original comments stand.

I’ve bought from this company before and didn’t have any problems. This time I bought 2 doors being dispatched from different places. One arrived to problem, but I’ve still not received the 2nd door.
I’ve sent numerous emails as it’s an answer phone when you call. At first I was told there had been a mix up and the door was noted for collection instead of delivery and that it been corrected. Still no door. Emailed a further 4 times no reply then sent another email 21/02/23 and received a response the same day after stating I was going to write a review stating delay was now due to safety paperwork and that it was ready to leave that day. Still no door or contact to say when it’s to be delivered.
I’ve now asked for a refund of my money for the door as I’ve had to order elsewhere the joiner has started the job.
I don’t like writing negative reviews but in this instance I feel I’m getting the runaround. Extremely frustrating and disappointing as the service was so good the first time I placed an order.

Ordered doors 1st Jan and nothing received. Got fed up of waiting so asked for a refund. Advised it had been arranged so I requested proof of this by screenshot of the sage accounting screen.
I have heard nothing since so have instructed my credit card company to recover the money and they are now investigating. I will also be contacting trading standards as this person shouldn't be allowed to scam people out of their hard earned money.
I'm sure there will be some excuse if they choose to respond to this. Looks like my first review has been removed, probably because I identified that a number of their 5 star reviews on here looked bought as they were all reviewing the same companies and a lot of crypto/bitcoin scam companies.
Do not buy from this company if you want to recieve anything other than poor service, excuses and thin air!!!

1st June 23 - update....finally received a refund through our credit card company. Have no doubt we'd still be waiting if not

Regret I too have parted with almost £400 and 7 weeks later still not received my order. I do occasionally get a response to my emails promising delivery soon, but nothing ever arrives. Order confirmation email clearly states if goods aren’t in stock I will be notified within 2 -3 days. As a result of no delivery I’ve now incurred penalties for having to stand-down tradesmen.

I am having a similar problem with Sethcodoorstore, I did receive an update early Feb regarding my order, which was fine but now have had no further updates and they are clearly unable to fulfill my order. Requested a refund last week and have had no further response. Order No. 50316
