I Agree with all the negative comments made by the other customers. Unfortunately I placed the order before reading these review.

placed an order (50916) more than a month ago which never arrived. The usual lies from the call center people but you will never get any response from the company.

SUCH LIES! I ordered on 4th of May and the expected delivery was a week later. I literally contacted you every day after the week had lapsed. Very rarely I got any response and each time more big lies of promises.

Today I left this feedback as well as complaining with my credit card company and insolvency.gov and suddenly i get your attention!

People do not believe the lies. The product may be cheaper by £20 but will not receive the item

I have emailed nicely several times with only one response offering a refund or delivery the next week. I opted for delivery the next week. Now I have no responses and no tables. My last email I said please refund me or I will have to report you. And her I am now !! Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !! I APPEAR TO NOT BE THE ONLY ONE !! Money is precious and hard worked for - not fair it’s basically stolen from you ☹️☹️☹️☹️ !!!

Absolutely awful company. Allowed me to order doors which were out of stock but stated a weeks delivery. It was inly when I questioned where my order was that I was told they were out of stock. I asked for a refund, it them took them over 2 months to issue it. It took me a huge amount of emails, phonecalls (to a woman who was rude and absolutely no use what so ever) and for me to threaten them with trade and standards to eventually get my £300 back.

Disgusting company, avoid at all costs!!

I thought it would be good to write a review for this company as I've seen many bad ones regarding emails not being answered and money not being refunded.

I ordered 2x doors which said they were due in stock end of April, I then checked online and they said they were not due until end of May/start of June. I needed these sooner to finish a project. I emailed customer services and John responded to me near enough straight away to say he will check and come back to me. I then emailed to say please cancel and refund as I did need this sooner and John came back to say order had been cancelled and money has been refunded. I can confirm that the money has gone back into my bank today. So although I do not have the doors I am happy to say that I did get a response to every email I sent and they did refund me as they said they would.

I have just taken delivery of 2 beautiful doors,8/6/23 , still one outstanding. These doors have taken 6months to arrive but they are incredible value for money.As promised I will remove my negative review. I hope my last door is dispatched soon.

Placed an order on 6th April (order number 50757) and didn't hear another thing from the company. Emailed them on 6th May when our doors still haven't arrived and this went unanswered. Tried phoning to be met with a recorded message saying they weren't accepting any phone calls. Have now put a claim in with my credit card company to try and get my money back. Complete con artists. Avoid at all costs!

This company is unbelievable, yet again they respond to reviews saying the refund is being addressed AND send an email saying the money will be in my account that day . Guess what , no money, no refund AND they e moved address. That will not stop bailiff recovery proceedings and will incur most costs to them. I note they are still trading , taking orders they will not fulfil , holding onto your money for their personal benefit. How can trading standards allow this ? It is downright theft !
UPDATE**** This review was true at the time of posting, however further development have materialised in that at 12.17 today just refunded almost half of what’s due to me. Balance pending apparently ! ******

Hi trying to be a patient as I can I have no response from your carrier company you use again don’t I have sent you several emails could I just have a refund please so I can just but this bad experience behind £800 pound is this current climate is a lot of money to loose . Out of desperation i reached out on Twitter for advice about what to about getting my money back for the door that I ordered and paid for Last June .I didn’t mention the company by name but My local MP responded by direct messaging to me and contacted Sethcodoors on my behalf asking about the no deliverey of paid for goods, ..Sethcodoors said all I had to do do is ask for a refund . I have done this as requested by them . I am sorry to say the refund has not happened and the company has again stopped responding to emails . I would advise on my experience and that of other reviewers here on Trust Pilot that this company is not reliable and I am surprised that they are still able to trade . If Sethcodoors do respond by reimbursing my money then I will post it on here . In the meantime all I can do is reflect on my experience of dealing with this company and up to now it has not been good I am afraid .

I placed an order on April 21, 2023, I sent an email to find out why my order had not yet arrived, promptly replied saying that my order would arrive within 14 days after the date of purchase, or are 20 days and still do not have my request, and now they do not answer my emails anymore.

I'm sorry I didn't look at the reviews before I made my purchase, if I had seen the many negative comments I would have avoided this company at all costs, please do not make the same mistake I did, I do not know how a company like this is still operating.

I want my money back as soon as possible.

I have had several promises of delivery, none of which have materialised. I have sent many emails most left unanswered. I am asking for full refund now. Do not trust what they say.

After initial prompt communication regarding the fire doors I have ordered am disappointed to now have no contact for 9 days.

Not able to contact by telephone and after previously keeping me informed with timescales, now not answering my emails or online form to advise where my doors are.

Next steps are for me to drive to the unit and speak to them in person which is extremely inconvenient.

Hoping this situation will change quickly and I will receive my goods so I can get my building certificates.

Update still had no communication from this company order them on the 6th of march still had no email off them even though they have said tried to contact me on the previous review on trust pilot which is a total lie could please sort the order out or send a refund

Fraudsters. After months of waiting for my door I resorted to the courts. I have a CCJ and sent the bailiffs in. There is no trace of this company at the address they quote. Avoid!

I have previously (January 2021) placed an order from this company and had a reasonably good experience. However I now need to place another order and need the receipt for my previous order but I cant get through to them on the phone and they have not responded to my emails. I have lost confidence in this company

Looking at previous reviews I too have now experienced the absolutely atrocious service from Sethcodoorstore. My door never arrived despite literally hundreds of emails and Chatbots, most of which were met with a stony silence. The lies are unbelievable and clearly the same that others have experienced so don't be fooled by the "IT not working" or "did you not get the following email that we sent?"
An absolute joke and disgusting they are allowed to operate as a company.
Like others I am now seeking a refund and it looks like small claims court is next on the agenda.
Any one thinking of using this company DON'T.
