As per my multiple reviews still no refund.
4 times bank details have been supplied for my refund since June.
Why only allowing 1.5 business days should make any difference when I have been waiting since June is beyond me! So I have now waited 5 business days before writing this review.
I have double checked the e-mail thread, yes you have guessed it! Nothing!!
I have now taken the necessary route in reporting this company to trading standards.

Ordered doors, received phone call few days later confirming delivery date - so far so good.
No delivery arrives
1 week later no response to any emails and phone calls are not answered 'as only dealing with queries via email - response same day'
AVOID - seems like fraudulent company

Do not deal with this cowboy John Paul Rowe
Still waiting for £3,000 for not supplying doors and no communication for 6 months
Good luck if i you pay any money
They seem to supply small orders for couple of hundred pounds but keep hold of larger amounts of money don’t be fooled
I am going to get money back in another way

This company is not even worth one star.
Order of June 2022 never delivered, multiple broken promises. Order cancelled have written about 10 E mails and phoned customer service no reimbursement so far. They don't care Original order done by my sister who has since died. i have told them the situation they couldn't care less. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

EDIT: STILL NO REPLY FROM SETHCO…. I really wish we could have contacted Sethco as these more recent reviewers have, because there are apparently still staff shortages and they are not taking phone calls? So how they’ve managed to get through and had awesome service is beyond me? Now have no way to get hold of anyone as emails are being ignored too.
Think possibly our only option is trading standards. I will update in due course as to whether we are successful at getting my partners money back. I would AVOID this company if at all possible.
EDIT AFTER BELOW REPLY FROM SETHCO…. The original email requested by Sethco (that apparently they didn’t receive) was re forwarded along with a new email. Still no reply. I don’t think our door is coming and I really don’t think we’ll get a refund, which in my book is theft. You can now not contact them on the phone either (apparently due to staff shortages). I personally feel they mess a lot of PAYING customers around and now don’t want to deal with the back lash of their incompetencies. The receptionist is not helpful at all, and very eager to get off the phone as quick as possible with no real explanation as to rectifying the issue. Do you have anything to add sethco, because it’s got to the point we have lost all faith in you completing the order and would really like our money back please, so we can order the door elsewhere.
SETHCO HAVE NOT COMPLETED OUR ORDER THAT WAS PLACED IN THE SUMMER…. It’s now January.
Not very helpful over the phone or email. More than once telling us our door would be shipped in 3-5 days…. STILL NO DOOR.
It appears they have no urgency to complete the order.
A refund has also been requested so we can purchase the same door from a different company that we may actually receive the door from…. No refund.
I left a review on Google to which Sethco replied and asked for an email ASAP to rectify the issue…. Funnily enough, no reply to the email!!!
This company has been such hard work, it should not be so difficult to order a door!
Please consider this when thinking of using Sethco!

Similar story to numerous other people on this site. Ordered a door in July 2022, which 4x months later never arrived. Then I requested a refund around November time and often struggled to get hold of anyone by email or phone. Ive been hung up on by their 'customer service' team, and given the run around for months and after re-confirming our bank details for the refund on 23rd December, theres still no sign of the money. This company is a total scam and their fraudulent activity has now been reported to Trading Standards....DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Purchased a door in June22 and although I was assured it was in-stock I didn't hear back from them at all unless I chased up and was provided one false promise after another. No sign of the door by Sept22 so I requested a refund and again chased them repeatedly and each time they stated it is with their accounts team.
It's now Jan23 and still no refund!
I almost want to give up asking but I don't want the owners to get away with my hard earned money.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY HAVE NO INTENTION IT SEEMS OF FULFILLING YOUR ORDER.

We ordered a bi -fold door from this company in March 2022.
Despite numerous phone calls and emails we have never received our door! We asked for a refund of our money to be told that we had to send an email requesting it. This we duly did and still to date we have not received a refund. Today we telephoned the company again and were asked to resend the email again requesting the refund. We were told by a secretary that we were not alone in requesting a refund for doors that had never been received!
This company must now be reported to Trading Standards as they are most certainly unfit to be trading! Avoid at all costs if you want to keep your money because you certaiy won't get your door !!!

*Update*
Following my review on here and John Paul Rowe’s response (see below), he contacted me directly and promised delivery of my door the Monday just gone (16 Jan), citing staff shortages as the reason for the delay (yet another excuse). He assured me delivery would happen on the Monday. Guess what? It didn’t. I have sent two follow up emails and not had a response. Have reported to Watchdog and Trading Standards and will do the same with Inland Revenue.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.

I ordered a door on 6 July 2022 and despite countless calls and emails and every excuse under the sun, no door and no refund. Total sham of a company who are out to scam. DO NOT USE.

Sethcodoorstore did not have the door frame I ordered and so I cancelled the order and requested a refund (30 Nov ‘22). The product wasn't even shipped and I still can't get my refund. This has been promised multiple times but like other reviews, no actual payment has come through...

Update (Jan ‘23) - refund has now come through…

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Ordered £3000 worth of internal doors after constant promises doors never arrived. I’ve left a review he which was removed and surprising now has a number of good reviews left ChriStmas day …. We requested a refund he told us was refunded still waiting three weeks later,, seriously do not use this company, I’ve now contacted my bank and will be I touch with trading standards.

8th Jan - following this review I’ve been contacted by trust Pilot to remove the cowboys name from the review.. what a joke.. google the company companies house your can clearly see who this Person is ripping people off left right and centre why should be be allowed anonymity when he is clearly sending fake refund receipts to people and pretending to send good! If this review defers one person or 100 people from using then my job is done shame John the cowboy didn’t do his.. what makes it worse that this is a scam and pre mediated shame on you.

don't use this company , failed to supply product , failed to respond to any calls or emails , now been chasing refund for over a month . What a useless outfit . Dont waste your time or money

Ordered some garage doors end of November and just received delivery of them. I've got to admit after reading the reviews on here not long after ordering them, we were extremely concerned we wouldn't receive them. Thankfully we have and couldn't be happier with the service. My emails and concerns were responded to quickly aswell.

*Edit 21/12/22. no-one ever came back to me like they said they would (below response) but never did. No refund like I asked to be done before Christmas.

I placed an order for a table on the 18th June. Was told it’s not in stock and there was a bit of a wait. Only for me to chase up again end of November to be told they are no longer working with this supplier and will issue me a full refund £569.00. I have still not received a refund. I had to buy another table from somewhere else in time for family coming over for Christmas and this has really now left me short of money. I really hate to have to write a bad review, but feel I have had to. I have chased multiple times only to be told that the accounts/manager is looking at it and will action a refund today, but never does. I chase again the next day and it goes on and on and on. Just going round in circles. The stress this company has put me under as I’m scared I won’t get my money back. I feel sorry for the customer service team, I dont want to bash them as they can only pass on, but I’m so frustrated with this company. The problem is at the top. Just doesn’t pay back. Please just refund me my money!!!!!!!!

Appalling…

Delivery was on time as promised. John was great and using the text function he kept me updated with progress on the day. Delivery was well packed and even through the snow and ice and vehicle issues they got the door to me on-time and in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.

Placed an order for one door in April 2022 (order number - 23994), after months of waiting and promises of delivery, no door was delivered. Requested a refund and after months of waiting, no refund has been given. Next step is to try and claim back using the bank and inform trading standards.

I previously left a review for this company who immediately responded seemingly concerned at the content and promising a refund. This has yet to happen despite multiple emails since the promise of a refund. Please do not buy from this business. Updated 15th Dec. Refund now received.

Stupidly placed an order and paid by bank transfer. got no confirmation and no delivery date. after 4 wks managed to get into an email conversastion with John. Asked for a refund , he promised a delivery early the following week. It never turned up , then had 3 emails of pathetic excuses about DHL losing the consignment .Asked for a DHL tracking No. which was not given, said I would get Trading standards involved and Hey Presto - a refund .
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Ordered same floor from another supplier , arrived in 4 days .

Excellent service all round.
Customer service was above and beyond. The doors are excellent quality.
Would highly recommend and use again in the future.
