Great Customer Support
Found an issue with a couple of the vents on our windows once the cold set in, several months after installation, I rang secured homes to seek advice, Within 3 days they sent an engineer out who rectified the issue.
Really great customer service and more than happy to recommend to any future customers.
The windows fitted have vastly improved the warmest of our house.

Fast, efficient and professional company.
From the very first contact, Secured homes representatives have been professional and informative. In little over a week, we met their sales representative, their surveyor followed and one week later our new window was expertly fitted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Used multiple times due to great service
We have had the services of secured homes on 3 occasions now, firstly to do our doors and a window, secondly to fit the remaining windows and then finally the French door.
The service from quote to fit and everything in between has been exceptional, including after care and follow up.

Fitting composite doors ,plus 1 call back
Found the whole experience with this company from start to finish the making the phone call, them coming out to see us showing them what we wanted to the job being completed, the guys who came to do the work were friendly and polite doing a fantastic job will definitely have them back when we require any more work doing

Professional and amazing turn around
From the first knock on the door to the final product, all the interactions have been professional and polite. Luck of the drawer Ryan knocked on the door and the same night Stephen was booked in for a survey. The price and ease made me confident in spending a large amount whilst on maternity leave. What makes it better is the fastest turn around of a week I have seen to have them fitted. Adam in the office keeps you informed of the progress so there is no stressing.

Had two windows replaced, very flexible with when I wanted them fitted. Window fitters very polite and professional.clean install even put dust sheets down on my stairs! Had someone follow up to make sure the fitters did the jobs b right. Would recommend

Great window company
Had new windows and doors fitted mid last year, they made a great job of them. Noticed that we had a draught coming through the door now it had dropped cold, rang spoke with Adam who has been great, been out today , same guys who fitted them who were also really nice, all sorted with no hassle and a courtesy call to check. Don’t get better than that

Good experience from start to finish
Good experience from start to finish, not pushy salesmen. The fitters were clean and tidy although would have preferred if they had cleaned the glass once fitted but that is only trivial otherwise very professional. Would definitely use the company again.
