A beautiful door fitted to a high standard.
Secured Homes have just finished fitting my new front door and I’m really pleased with the finished item. From the survey to the fitters , everyone was friendly , polite and professional, I had lots of styles of doors and glass to choose from , a beautiful door, fitted to a high standard.

Good service and good products
Had 3 windows and front door fitted. All the team were excellent from the salesman (not pushy) to the installers. I needed to get the window and door openings altered before I could place an order. The customer service team were very patient and helpful with regard to this. They also double checked the order with me again before production. Can't fault them. Janet S

Constant pests
Good work, though the workman was incredibly arrogant and rude. Reported this to management. But still - after reporting the same info four times - they claim to have no record of this and continue to pester me with unsolicited phone calls to tout for business, which they're never going to get. We are on about call 14 or 15 now. I have given up being polite, which is not me as a person. Honestly folks - do not get involved with these people. Hopefully their desperation is a sign they're going bust. They deserve to.

We urgently want to get to the bottom of why your previous reports were not logged correctly and, most importantly, ensure your number is permanently removed from our active call lists immediately.

The window is a window! As described - fast work, cleaned up all the rubbish from outside, minimal disruption.

From our first meeting with the sales team to the end we couldn't be happier, they weren't pushy, everything took just over one week to complete, we had 8 new windows fitted they were done in a day, very impressed with the workmanship, the crew were respectful, very professional, they even cleaned the windows before leaving, I would highly recommend this company, and hope to use them again for new doors. I love the way my new door looks. I chose a design and adjusted it a little. There was a good choice of colours available and a good choice of frosted glass pattern. It was expensive though. Found a small problem later on that was dealt with quickly.
