Can not recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish everything was so easy, all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Adam was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and the fact I had 11 windows and doors fitted within a week is amazing 👏 you wouldn't even know the fitters had been as they didn't leave any mess at all. Thank you all, I love my new windows and doors, it has made a huge difference to my home.

I am very satisfied with today’s window installation by Secured Homes. The two installers did an excellent job and showed great attention to detail. The silicone finishing is neat, straight, and very professionally done. The whole installation was completed carefully and left clean and tidy. They should have started earlier as it was 11 am before they arrived which meant it was almost 6 pm when they finished. Otherwise very satisfied with the product and work carried out.

Flawless from start to finish
From day one, the service from Secured Homes has been absolutely outstanding. It all started with the chap who first knocked on the door – polite, professional, and not pushy at all. That first impression really set the tone for everything that followed.
The salesman who came out to see me was just as impressive. He took his time to explain everything properly, answered all my questions, and showed me the A+ rated products they offer. You can genuinely see and feel the quality – it’s not just talk, it’s a proper top-grade product that gives you confidence in what you’re buying.
The turnaround time from ordering to fitting was seriously impressive. I was kept informed throughout the process, and everything happened exactly when they said it would. No delays, no excuses – just efficient and organised from start to finish.
The fitters themselves were brilliant. Professional, clean, respectful of my home, and clearly very experienced at what they do. The workmanship is spot on, and they left everything tidy once the job was complete.
I was so happy with the work at the front of the house that I had them come back to do more work at the back. That says it all really. When you find a company you trust, you stick with them.
I genuinely can’t fault them in any way. From first contact to completion, it’s been 5-star treatment all round. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality windows and doors with service to match.

Was a bit skeptical at first as I had a knock on a door from one of their lads, but they knocked at the right time as were in the process of gathering quotes… on the same day a salesman came to the house and was very thorough in explaining the product as well as answering our questions, from the 3 quotes we received Secured Homes wasn’t the cheapest from the 3 but the service from the salesman and reading their reviews online, we felt most comfortable with them.
1 month later we are absolutely buzzing with the 4 windows and the composite door the fitters installed at the front of my property, the fitters were clean and tidy and covered my carpets with dust sheets, no mess was left behind and I couldn’t fault them on workmanship.
Many thanks to Secured Homes, I will definitely be in touch over the summer to get the back of my house done

Office policies a let down!
Anthony the sales guy was brilliant, 5 stars for him. Then the office called and refuse to quote me without my partner present - despite the decision power and money funding the purchase being mine. Never heard such a bizarre way to avoid getting the sale but sure, I’ll take my money elsewhere

Cold caller knocks on the door today
Cold caller knocks on the door today, tells me they’ve replaced windows a few doors down and do I want a quote for mine. We had been thinking about it but loosely as we only replaced the panes in our windows less than 2y ago. Door sales guy wasn’t pushy at all and said our quotes are valid for a year, if you get a quote and the price is right we can do it at a later date. Agree for him to come back and he tells me to expect a call shortly from the office. Within 10 mins I have 4 missed calls. I ring back, and wow the guy on the phone was so rude. Never spoke to someone so patronising, telling me replacing the windows will be way more than panes - yes I am well aware thank you. He is the opposite of the door salesman, asking me if we are likely to have the work done within 12 months as they are a business and only want people who will commit to it. I say, well I don’t know without a quote? To which he carries on with the “but will you have it done” - I don’t know without a quote?! So I tell him to leave it. I’ll take my custom elsewhere, shame as we need a new uvpc kitchen door fitting urgently so was going to ask for a quote for this too but not after the manner of the guy on the phone. Avoid!
