Lovely service with lovely staff and as usual very helpful in all ways

I have been visiting Scrivens in Rugeley for some years now, always a pleasant experience.
Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended.

I decided to these opticians a try I'd been to specsavers before a couple of times but I always felt very rushed and the one to one care wasn't the best, coming to this opticians I'd had a terrible eye infection which has been recurring, I was given antibiotics but didn't go, this opticians went through a thorough examination and advised me what to do...I chose 2 pairs of glasses in the end.....although this opticians was more expensive the experience and level of care was lovely...I would recommend them to anyone...tracey

I had a hearing check with Graham Clarke on 12/3/26 at the Stamford store and he was so kind and patient. He explained everything to me and the next steps. He sent a referral to my GP, which meant I had a referral to ENT waiting list the following day. I’m so grateful for his support and knowledge.

Every thing is carefully explained, all the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend Scrivens to anybody looking for a reputable optician.

I went to scrivens opticians after deciding not to go back to Specsavers after recieving incorrect lenses in my glasses.ater going back there about my lenses they was rude about having to replace them .so scrivens I went ,the service I received there was excellent,didn't rush and was in-depth.and care taken.this is now my new opticians.very please .

I found the Optometrist who carried out my eye test to be polite and thorough. I also found the Optician to be friendly and efficient. The Optician helped me to choose a pair of glasses which suited me. I would recommend Scrivens, Shaw.

Visited Aldridge branch today for annual eye test. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. Pleasant experience.

My mother and I have been customers for several years now. We go the Hedge End Branch and always have excellent service from the staff there. In particular Kelly is so caring. But they show the same care and professionalism to everyone who comes into the branch.

I went into Northfield branch and was meet with pleasant staff that went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I was shown a whole range of frames to choose from and will be returning to purchase my glasses thank you.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Always a friendly welcome and great service. Asme was absolutely brilliant in sorting out my hearing. Kind, considerate and able to put me at ease. Great improvements to the building too. Cannot recommend Scrivens Witney more highly.

First visit to the Rushden branch today 21/03 - they were very brilliant. Had a great chat and they listened to everything I said and my concerns. It was interesting to hear what was wrong with my eyes - I will be going for contacts - they are ordering them and then I go back for another visit to make sure I can use them correctly - they are just brilliant - thanks guys

Popped into the Northfield as my partners hearing aid was not working staff were extremely helpful in aided me in repairing my partners aid I would highly recommend this store
