We booked Savaari from Delhi toJim Corbett. Our assigned driver was raju and was excellent in every aspect. He was able to speak good English and has suggested us very nice spots on the way which was not even the part of our itinerary. Moreover, their savaari prices were reasonable. We were provided complimentary mineral water throughout our journey. We would highly recommend savaari Car Rental with Driver and Raju to all those who wish to take a car rental services in & around Delhi.

Assured Toyota Innova was booked by us for Bangalore → Mysore → Shravanbela Gola (Rural) → Coorg → Bangalore round trip(6 days, 1500 km). There was no T&C at the time of booking regarding which-when-howmuch time to be spent for Sight at Banglore-Mysore-Sharvanbelgoa -Coorag - returning to Bangole. Only Condition was of Maxmium 1500 KM in 6 days. But now we have to REPENT for booking through SAVAARI due to under noted reasons :-

The driver called us on 16th March Night that that we should cancel the booking because he has some issue of commission with SAVARI Taxi and he will not reach us is morning. We requested driver to resolve his issues with Savaari as we have no concern about his matter but driver was reluctant to come tomorrow morning .Then we contacted Savaari Team on Toll free Number to send some other Innova but the Savaari Team assured us that they have checked with the vendor the same driver will come for our pickup in the morning time. But the throughout the journey driver was annoyed that he was not interested and he has been sent against his wish.

Assured Innova provided was not fit for pleasant intercity tour as it was very old having beam and bush problem, wheel balancing and alignment problem due to which there was heavy noise, rough driving on road and heavy vibrations in steering throughout the journey.
Driver never cleaned the car even foot mats. On our request only to clean the foot mats, he said this is not his duty and if we want to do so we can do himself Or complaint against him to SAVAARI. If we want a good taxi we should have booked Crista car.

At the time of return journey we requested driver to stop at Nexus Mall Koramangala Banglore (Just 3 KM away from that time Location) driver refuses to stop and said he will not stop any where and will only drop at drop point We contacted the Savaari team also to instruct the driver but nobody of team member supported us. At time of our request mileage covered was aprrox 900 KM (with the limit of 1500 KM). We could have travelled 600 KM more at that time and there was also no T&C not to cover the points in Banglore.
Hence now we REPENTon booking taxi form SAVAARI.

We had the great pleasure of travelling from Ahmedabad to Rajasthan trip. We reached out to a few different companies and found out most of them are not professional. Savaari was the most professional in hospitality industry. Customer support was friendly, informative, and prompt in replies to our e-mails. We had a small baby and lots of luggage, and they offered a comfortable Innova Crysta. We will definitely be using Savaari again for long trips or for a day trip to other parts of India.Thank you very much for everything Savaari!

I would have given 0 stars if it was possible. My parents booked a car to go from Mumbai to Nasik and the driver was unbearable. The car stopped all of a sudden mid way to Nasik. The driver tried to fix the car himself for almost 2 hours. This was 11:30 at night. Afterwards he called his manager and asked the manager to come which again took almost 1 hour. The manager after coming said that my parents had to pay the money even though they were just stranded in the middle of the road. They started to scare my parents at 1:00 AM at night asking them for money. Completely thug behavior from these goons. Never ever book a car from them.

They are thief and full of thugs, I do not recommend anyone to use this portal. The service is pathetic and they will never give you all information at the time of booking. I booked a cab for Landsdowne from Delhi and at the time of booking they quoted different price and mention all inclusive which they also confirm over phone but once the journey completed they again generate a different invoice and add Rs 5000.00 more and told me these are road tax, driver charge and state tax. They think customers are fool while booking they send commercial vehicle number plate but at the time of ride they changed the cab with private number to avoid state tax but at the end of journey they ask me to pay state tax also while this was not paid by driver. I urge everyone please do not use the services from Savaari. They are total fraud.

Highly recommended. Savaari took my urgent travel request and driver called me and reached at the shared landmark on time. Car was comfortable though it was a CNG vehicle which the booking agent already informed me at the time of enquiery. I am glad savaari is in the market to understand customer's requirement. Well,I'd like to share my experience with savaari,actually I am a regular client of savaari since couple of years , but my actual experience with service quality of savaari was in Aug '22 when I had traveled to my native place in UP Azamgarh,I booked a cab through savaari but since my ride was outsourced to a local vendor I did not get proper service,disappointed by my experience,I raised a complaint on Twitter,I think the very next day I got a mail from the Founder of savaari ,Mr.Manik he wrote me a letter of apology which was upto my satisfaction,he also explained me the cause of glitch,and secondly he offered me a coupon of my trip value as a token of apology,the validity of the coupon was for 6 months,somehow i was not able to redeem the said coupon by the validity date in the meanwhile I planned for a trip to Aamby valley, i knew that the coupon has already expired but I took a chance and mailed Mr Manik with a request to revalidate the coupon,I got a prompt reply from him that my coupon has been revalidated....Today I completed my ride I was given one of the best service I could have wished for....My heartfelt thanks to Mr.Manik and team SAVAARI...Keep it up.....looking forward for many more rides in near future....Thanks a ton...

I have used Savaari, couple of times in Bangalore and my overall experience was good. This is the first time i am using it outside Bqngalore for Mumbai - Puna trip and have already received a call from the driver Santosh who was polite and assured me he wll report before time.

Booked taxi to pick up with 4 items of luggage at Lucknow airport on 18th Feb. Contacted driver and informed Driver about flight and ETA . On arrival driver was not at airport. Contacted 3-4 times took approximately 1 hour to reach at airport. On arrival driver couldn’t load luggage properly and 2 were put on front seat as car boot was occupied by CNG cylinder and roof rack was not fitted on taxi.

On reaching hotel driver requested payment which was paid on line in advance . Finally he requested car park charges, I refused to pay as he did not park car as he came straight from city as he kept us waiting. Driver called ? owner of taxi and he requested airport entrance fee which I paid to driver but he didn’t produce receipt for evidence.

We booked a cab from savaari from Madurai to Kanyakumari (including local site visiting) but the once we reached Madurai the driver told us that we can’t do local site seeing we kept insisting that we have paid full amount , we also tried calling Savaari customer care but as usual they are useless then we got a call from  the driver’s boss (the local vendor) he told us that we need to pay extra , he kept calling us  every 2 min suggesting that we should cancel with book directly with him once we denied , he stopped our cab on the highway and started harassing us that we pay him some money then he threaten us telling “you are in my city “ we told him we are going to call police(we even called police ) then only he let us go.Never going to forgot the harassment we felt . Never ever book cab with Savaari it would be better to take loca bus or cab.I am sure karma will get back to the vendor and Savaari as they didn’t let us visit the temple.

Stay away from these guys, absolutely horrible service

1. The driver was hard to locate after we landed. We had to do a back and forth with him for about 15 minutes to confirm where he was. This should be made seamless

2. The car license number was completely different from what was specified in the original email sent to us. They didn't even bother to send another email to update it.

3. While the car we booked was an SUV, the actual car didn't have capacity for more than 3 people in there. It was dusty and had limited trunk space due to the CNG tank. Seatbelts were missing from the rear seat.

4. The driver of the car kept getting calls from the car owner and friends to the point that we had to remind him about the law which forbids answering phone calls.

5. The owner called him to get a picture of the top carrier. We stopped for a few minutes for that.

6. Then once we hit the highway, we needed a fast track card for that car. Why does a cab not come with a fast track card especially since it's known that you'll be using it for intercity travel on toll roads?

7. The car's heater wasn't working. We had to take the car in the 5C temperatures of the morning in Agra.

8. Before booking, we asked Savaari if I needed to specify Fatehpur Sikri in the destination. The customer service rep said there was no need since return distance was around 90km from Agra and it would be within the 750 km limit
However, the cab driver acted surprised that we asked him to take us there. He wasn't brought there to go see two spots in Agra and enjoy with his other cab driver buddies, was he?

9. On the return to Delhi, we asked the driver to stop by Qutub Minar which is on the way to the Airport. At Qutub Minar, the owner of the cab called and said that I owed Rs 3000 because I took the car to two unspecified spots - Fatehpur and Qutub Minar. Am I expected to specify every spot? What's the point of 750 km?
The owner of the cab was very rude and said that I complained to Savaari about Fasttrack and the driver being on calls. I am booking through Savaari, why are these cab owners calling?

10. Then on the way to the airport, the cab driver pulled over and said that the owner wanted the car and we'd have to take another car to go to the airport. We said we won't get down and forced him to drop us to the airport.

11. The cherry on top? The driver was clearly inexperienced and rear ended a car in Delhi.

Saavari just cancelled a booking that I had done six days back.. they will simply send you a mail.. you will just be stuck.. only when it suits them than they will send the car.. after arguing with them about it, they arranged one at a higher cost.. in all this, not once they tried to help.. please never rely on them..

I have been renting cars from Savaari. They are very friendly and have good selection of cars and drivers. I highly recommend them. Thank You Savaari Team for always making the renting process smooth.

Dedicated customer service, all inclusive price (no hidden things), flexibility to change dates without charges, good vendors and yes best part was that prices were great.

Excellent services. Best part is prompt response as i booked my cab for airport drop at the last moment and the agent on phone was very helpful. Driver Kumar was also good and reported before time. Only suggestion is to provide luggage carrier cars for airport drop or pickup. Overall experience was good. Kudos to the team. Thanks,Venky

We had trip to Tungi near Lonavala in Maharashtra on 12th and 13th November. I had no hesitation in saying that trip was excellent,driver was soft spoken and respecting the customer. Vehicle was clean and hygienic,Driver was very punctual and cooperative.
Overall it was excellent experience with Sawari. Keep it up and thanks for you and your team.
