I had booked a car for 26th March 2024 at 11.00 am. The booking was confirmed by Savaari Car Rentals but to my utter surprise today morning I got message from Savaari that the booking stands cancelled causing me a lot of inconvenience...If they cannot provide service they could have not taken the car hire booking.

a big NO. do not book any cabs with them. i waited 2 hours at the delhi airport to be picked up only to find out that the driver was a no show and no one bothered to contact us.

I booked tempo travels via Savaari for 2 days round trip from Hyderabad to Manthralayam, and while booking, we requested for a clean-neat vehicle with a decent driver as we travel with family of old people and kids. We were promised that it will be met, but when we took the vehicle, it was in an extremely bad condition, not clean, dusty, full of insects, driver was not decent, etc. We called Savaari customer service for more than 10 times and we were just told that they will be looked, and they asked us for some time. We almost wasted 4 hours for their response but no support at all from them. They were betraying me and planned to loot my money, as I have already made an advance payment of 5700 rupees. They were so careless and no response as they were just avoiding us to suffer even after paying an advance amount, which is strictly unacceptable. Finally, we didn't travel in that cab and called them to cancel the booking to refund the amount, but yet again no response from them. I sincerely inform every customer not to consider this crap service provided by Savaari or do not take their service as they are unfit for this business. Their moto is money and not customer comfort. I strongly recommend every department to debar them from any service as I care for other customers not to be betrayed or looted. Additionally, when we booked the cab they asked to pay the remaining amount once we finish the trip, but the driver asked to pay the entire amount immediately before starting the vehicle which is shameless from them. I'm wondering how such people are encouraged to do business in a country like ours. Extremely severe actions need to be taken against them in the welfare of many people.

I have made bookings with Savaari car rental services for 3 back to back trips from 19th to 29th Dec 2023. The car was defective and driver was also not good for the 1st trip which was from 19th to 20th Dec 2023. The 3rd trip started on 22nd Dec 2023, car is defective and they are not responding to our call. I repeatedly mention to them that senior citizens are travelling kindly provide proper services. But they just commited verbally but don't follow it by action.
Savaari car rental organization is a fraud. They are here to just earn good amount of money from customers like us who work hard, save for the trips.

Ordered a Toyota Etios sent a Tata compact instead, without any space in the boot for luggage, as with CNG, no carrier, had to carry luggage on the seats. Argued cars are the same and did not allow to cancel the booking early. Pure fraud. Do not use.

The driver took a poor route adding 40km on and then charging for it. He also stole our change when we stopped for breakfast.

They are clearly ripping off tourists, so I would recommend not using. The person on the phone threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t pay and the driver came back to my hotel and tried to take even more money.

Nightmare of a website.
Cancelled a 2 week old booking at the last hour with no explanation.
Entire family of 4 had to miss a flight because of their high-handness.
Never book a cab using this website.

Outstation ride from Mumbai airport to Aurangabad.

The driver was tired and was not able to focus due to an unbearing urge to sleep this is after we stopped for almost 2 hours and I allowed him to take a rest. We were about to meet with an accident and the car slid but we were lucky that nothing major but I got a bruised wrist and a shoulder. I got scared for my life as the car was about to tumble on the right side of the street, as I said we were fortunate and the car stopped! I traveled to see my newborn daughter for the first time and this could have been a tragic end but again, I would like to emphasize we were lucky! So, how can I recommend Savaari? The back seatbelt was not functional and I had to hold the grab handle as the road was horrible and the driver was no less than Schumacher. The ride was long, torturous, and left me with fear for my life. I will never take the service from Savaari again!

Car sent for outstation trip was CNG, with little space for luggage. Car boot wouldn’t lock and had to be closed with a rope!
Driver wasn’t willing to make a detour, within the agreed and paid for distance, and charged us extra for a 45 km detour, which would have been well within the 750 kms I paid for( total distance travelled with detour was 645 kms).
Argumentative driver.

I booked a cab for a city drop from Bengaluru airport. They gave me the driver's phone number and car details. I spent time looking for that car and tried reaching the driver on his mobile but his mobile was switched off. Why does the company give a phone number that's useless? Unfortunately, I had paid 50% of the fare in advance.
On writing to their customer service, they say the driver was waiting.
Never use this company or do not pay any advance if you still want to take a chance.

There was just nothing right with our Savaari rental.
The driver was changed a few hours before our trip.
The other driver was late and as a result we missed our expensive Safari.
The rudeness of driver had no limits.
Picking up fights, demanding money without compleing trip and an unbecoming behavior were his hall mark.
I suggest all to look for alternatives.
This was our second bad experience with Savaari.

I would like to raise a concern that I am really disappointed with the quality of Savaari service. Driver was highly unprofessional and the condition of car was very poor. I was charged for full AC cab and AC did not work and was not used in whole trip. Also the back window power buttons were not working. This caused my Son to fell sick during the drive to Ooty because we could not control the window opening and closing as per our requirements.

I did mention this issue before ride completion to savaari but for compensation, savaari just offered 300rs for this AC and window issue which was unacceptable to me and I denied

Adding to this, driver has charged me 600rs as hill charges on top of total bill which is not mentioned anywhere in the savaari invoice. Savaari drivers are not trained about policies and are just looting customers.

Passing my above feedback to wider platform so that people should think twice before booking rides with Savaari.

Do not book any car from Savaari. They hold no accountability with respect to the driver or completion of your trip. Neither they do police verification of the drivers nor they check if they have appropriate documentation to travel across state borders. We had booked a 5 day Goa trip and we were stopped at the Goa Check Post and not let in further inside due to absence of All India Permit. After that we tried multiple times to reach Savari for resolution and alternative arrangements or handling driver, and they completely washed off their hands and said we have nothing to do with this. Absolutely unethical and unprofessional car rental company.

Savari will charge you premium rates and provide a unclean car with unhygienic drivers. Avoid it any cost if you are travelling with family especially young kids. You could get in to health issues. Their back office is depressingly slow and lethargic. They will toss you from one agent to another where you explain the same problem again and again without any solution. Once you pay the advance, the attitude is then to hell with you.

Worst travel company I ever seen...Don't go for it; otherwise, your trip would be spoiled.

"I booked a round trip from Mumbai to Lonavala with sightseeing included. I communicated this requirement to the travel company at the time of booking, and they agreed to it. However, when we reached our destination, the driver denied providing the sightseeing service. We were left with no other option but to pay an additional amount to a new cab driver for the sightseeing tour. I made several calls to the customer care of the travel company, but they were unprofessional and unhelpful. They provided no resolution and claimed that the sightseeing was not included in the package."

Thanks Savaari Team. Hey guys i booked a cab from Chandigarh to Delhi drop as it was a last minute plan due to a medical emergency. Agent was very helpful and supportive and told me that his team will try their best to arrange cab for me as he had left a note that this is an urgent request and told me to call him in case of any query or assistance. Driver and car was also at par. Big fan of savaari and will always travel from savaari only.

Worst travel company I ever seen and I recommend everyone not to go with this travel agency specially if you are traveling with your family.

I’ve booked the taxi with Savaari 2 weeks ago and they have confirmed my booking and sent an email saying that they will pick from airport.

I was expecting the driver call and they exactly called 1 hour earlier to my pick up time and said that taxi has been cancelled due to unavailability of cars.

I was traveling first time to this airport and I don’t know anyone to book another. I was really frustrated with this service and god’s grace booked airport taxi and reached home.

They have refunded the advance that I have paid with in 3 days.
But their service in arranging the taxis are worst. At least they could have inform 2 days earlier if they are not able to arrange.

Sorry Savaari.com, as I have to give the genuine review as I don’t want others to be suffered like me.

While I was checking they didn't reply my rider details. They mentioned that I will receive details in time. On time, it was cancelled. The customer care was stupid too. Got my refund but lost the time and peace of mind. Never book.

I'll never ever take a car from savaari again. On 22nd Apr be booked an innova for a round trip from Mumbai to Shirdi. The car which they've sent was so old that it broke down on the highway and the support I got from savaari was terrible. They simply said they can't do anything and they are not at all committed to arrange an alternate car. Then what's the use of paying commission to savaari? Unfortunately I've paid 4945 for filling diesel as advance. Damn I've waited for more than 4 hours in the hot sun with my wife to finally get back the remaining amount. Still they've deducted exactly the amount for the distance travelled. This too I got the money back only because the driver was good. It seems that he or his owner has paid me back the money by gpay. With the help of the driver I managed to get an alternate Ertiga (though I paid a lot) through a good person who met us there.
Savaari didn't even bother to find out what happened later and now Ive got an invoice for the full amount and also request to give the feedback.
PLEASE DONT USE SAVAARI INSTEAD TRY A LOCAL AGENT WHOM YOU KNOW. Also from wherever you take the car ensure the condition of the car and pay the advance or fill fuel after travelling for a while.
