Very worst service!!!telling themselves as brand but utterly waste. I booked BLR to Ooty from 14 to 16th of this month. After repeatedly telling to sent a decent vechicle they send an old one with backlight damaged. On asking to change the vechicle they said they can't change it and if you have to pay 1k if you want to cancel even though the vechicle condition is worst. Anyhow we boarded the vechicle having no other option in the last moment. Since travellers were bachelor's and travelling to Ooty they wanted to drive on the way. Initially driver allowed for drinking & smoking inside the vechicle. On TN toll where we have to pay state tax, the driver ver asked for 1300 and went to pay the tax. We followed him and came to know the tax is 850 and rest money the driver kept in his pocket. We took the photo and asked him about rest of the money then he got irritated and from that he told no smoking and drinking inside car. On reaching Ooty he started saying I want to return to BLR and give me my money and I will not stay for 3 days. He didn't gave the luggage for 2 hours and locked the car and kept on saying that I will go. There was a fight between both customer and driver. We called Savaari and they guys are puppets, they don't have any control over the cab owners and drivers. Even though we want to cancel the trip they said you have pay 90% of the total trip amount which was insane. We kept the same vehicle with no other options. The driver called the local goons and asked us to pay the rest amount or else they will take us to Police and we said let's go together. Since we agreed to go to police station then they came down. With lot of drama and fighting the driver had to stay and continue with the trip.
My sincere advice to all travellers don't go for brand and take the service through Savaari and choose from others like Deepam Taxi Customer app which we took for the next trip and they provided ultimate service with good vechicle condition and driver was so friendly and cooperative.
It was worst experience initial 5 days out of 7 days of my holiday plan (3rd Oct 2022 - 9th Oct 2022) for my Family. Trip was from Bangalore airport ->Misore -> Ooty -> Coorg -> Bangalore. Irrespective of lot of assurance from Savaari team, the allocated car was very poor condition (no seat belt, no looking glass etc.) and the driver was extremely unskilled and full alcoholic. We met accident 2 times on the National highways. Thank God that we are still alive. I requested Savaari team many time (8 times over email and over phone also) to change the car and the driver, but they didn't listen through until we met accidents. I requested many times to Savaari that I am with my family and need a good service but unfortunately they didn't take it seriously until 2 times accident happened. The 2nd time accident occurred due to break fail. If it would happen in Ooty hill, then we could have died. I had to hire a local taxi to come back to Mysore after the accident. However, Savaari had arranged a good car and driver at the last minute and last 2 days we were on safe hand. But we are still in that traumatic experience. Savaari should take extra precautions for this kind of booking where family is traveling along with Kid.
Worst taxi service. We were visiting Kovhi for the first time and were supposed to go to Munnar from kochi early morning and we were ready all ready by 8 am. The driver told us that he will come around 11am and took advance payment. So we waited, next we get a call right at 11 then they will come at 12 noon. So we waited again. All of a sudden we get an email saying they cancelled the taxi on their own.
When we called them back, they kept transferring us to others on line for about 2 hrs harassing us and telling us nothing about who canceled the cab. They didn’t inform us at all what was going on and who canceled, didn’t refund us the money, harassed us to the core, kept transferring without informing anything. We couldn’t go anywhere in Kochi amidst this harassment. Wasted our whole day to be spent in Munnar. Totally harassed us for atleast 5 hrs early morning.
Please ignore their services. They just get the payment from you and don’t turn up and then don’t even bother informing the customer.
Very unprofessional driver, turned up late, car with cracked windscreen, did not have rope to tie the suitcases on the roof or a cover as the rain was predicted. Stopped after 1 hour into journey to have a smoke, then again after 2 hours and this was the theme throughout the journey. Made call to his friend to meet him at a service for lunch! When we declined to leave the car at the services, he got very uptight about this and wanted us to have the lunch there too!
Constantly on the phone talking and texting whilst driving putting us in danger, playing loud music with no considerations for us, shouting and having arguments. The worse thing was that I was sitting at the front and he kept scratching his private part every so often. Very very disappointed as the whole journey was made uncomfortable for my whole family. Took picture of the state of the car and made videos of his conversation on the phone. His breaks added one and a half to our journey from Amritsar to Delhi! tried to contact Savaari customer service during our journey that does not exists!
The response from Savaari was their copy and paste from the previous responses on Tripadviser! Savaari made their money and they do not care about their customers or the safety of their customers!

I have never in my life had such a bad experience taking a cab from Delhi to Agra. The inconvenience and problems started from the beginning of the journey when instead of the driver who’s details had been shared with us on Savaari, another person showed up. On calling the original driver, he insisted that we go with this other person and it is also through Savaari. We were extremely short on time and had no other option than to take this taxi. After a while when the journey had started and we started talking to the driver we came to know that he is not from Savaari and had in fact been given this “job” by the “Savaari driver” (who was allotted to us by Savaari) - of course at 80% the price set by Savaari so that he could make a commission from the remaining amount.
Apart from this blatant fraud, the car and driver’s behaviour made the journey completely unsafe. He did not seem to be professional, was over speeding and not following any safety norms. The car was also not a commercial taxi but his private vehicle.
Needless to say, due to this inability by Savaari to follow up on journeys and make a proper check on allotted drivers, we were put in a completely unsafe situation where we were totally on the mercy of these fraud drivers. Savaari should do better and ensure that it is the correct person and the correct vehicle that is doing the actual pick up and drop. Of course I am sure that these guys have done this forgery even before and nothing has been done to stop it.
I will of course never ever making a booking with this service again and will also caution others
Please do not go anywhere near this rental company. It used to be good when it started but it now offers very poor service. I asked for a quote for 7 day hire which I then changed to 8. First quote was for 36000. This was then increased to 56000. Final quote was 70000. I had hired their car last month in Jodhpur. The driver took extra money from us. When Complained to Savvaari, the owner of the vehicle rang me to complain and started getting abusive. I am still waiting for a response from Savaari. All in all, lot of time wasted. I will never book with them again.
Booked a cab from Kolkata airport to a hotel in Kolkata. Admittedly, it was early morning arrival. Flight details with arrival time passed on to the driver on the mobile given. On arrival, rang several times. The driver picked it up once but then cut it off without speaking. There was no sign of him outside either. Had to book another taxi from the airport desk. As we were arriving at the hotel, got a call from the driver telling me that he is at the airport. I asked him where he was when the flight arrived and I was calling him. He said that he was in the car park out of the car and his mobile was in the car, so he didn't hear the phone ring. Such a lame excuse.

Made me to almost miss my family international flight to UK from bangalore. Do not think you get vehicle selected its indicates your choice which they will try to get arranged. If you are lucky you will provided vehicle requested. I think from big cities mostly you will get vehicle requested, but other way around from small city to big city like bangalore mostly you won't get bigger vehicles. Until last moment of journey they won't bother to inform and you will be thinking everything sorted keep waiting, if its night you wont probably have option to make other arrangements. Theirs service is utter failure. Avoid, Avoid if you are planning international travel or some important work after this savaari car hire.

Booking Id - 4904032, 4903048. I have booked Crysta in the morning for next day. At 9:30 pm, they called and said that car is not available and he was rude during conversation. Later they given Ertiga and generated new bill. When car has not reached in the morning, I called customer care, they told your booking canceled. My family was ready for trip and they canceled my booking since they were not able to arrange Ertiga as well. This is one of the worst experience any one can have…. It’s a fraud company…..

We had booked for a car rental by sawaari.com mumbai to Karjat for a staycation at 6 30am. We were promised by sawaari- a sedan car for the entire day.
Now comes the morning wherein we call sawaari for the cab awaiting with our luggage at 6 15am. The executive shamelessly says there's no cab available and you'll have to take a bigger car (SUV) even if it is only for 4 people. We were in state of shock and extreme anger and said we need the car you promised and asap. He then hangs up saying let me check in a minute.1 n half hr passes by with more than 30 calls from our side but sawaari kept our calls on holds and kept disconnecting . Until 8 30am we get a call saying that we're sorry but can we cancel your booking. We had booked for our resort wherein we had to check in at 9am and everything went to waste and ended up spoiling our Sunday not to mention the loss we faced with our bookings.
I highly advice my fellow travellers to refrain from booking with sawaari(mumbai). They are Highly unprofessional, disrespectful and provide ridiculous services. They will shamelessly spoil your day by saying no cabs available and will leave you hanging.Not to mention you'll spoil your weekends and bookings.
A TOTAL RIP-OFF. Complete and utter crap. Most "customer care executives" are witless nincompoops incapable of logic, common sense or knowledge of the work they are supposed to be doing. Hire some capable people who could use their wits or the darned computer or better yet, close this farce of a rental agency down.
I called Savaari Car rentals and mentioned my specific situation which was to visit the city and then get dropped off at the airport. The person from Savaari Car Rentals who was on the phone with me, assured me that a local taxi would work for this and made the reservation for me. I make a 25% advance payment. The cab driver picks us up the next day and tells us that he can't drive us to the airport and asks us to the agency. I have another "customer care executive" on the phone who tells me it's completely possible, there shouldn't be any issues with an airport drop-off. One hour later, I am told to pay 150% of the price of the trip if I want to be taken to the airport, when I refused, they said airport drop offs aren't allowed with the local cabs even though I had talked to two of their officers and they had previously assured me it was possible. The entire company is made up of dirty liars, cheats and in general an under qualified staff.
If you want to risk your precious life only select SAVAARI. They DO NOT provide professional drivers, the driver was sleeping while driving on Express Highways. From both the sides cars was going at blazing speed of 120-130 Km and my car waving between lanes. Just imagine !!
Even after this driver didn't felt the guilt and he spoked so rudely to us threw my luggage in the car and pushed my wife and said "Luggage nai milega pehle paise do". Soon a harassment police case will be filed against driver.
I booked a AC car and later the driver told AC is not working. We travelled 500 Kms with a hot Blower. Still I haven't mentioned about the extra charges and all.
Savaari Mr. Prakhar and Driver (Rohit) both are greedy, they just try to take money from you in many reasons.
Mr. Prakhar from Savaari didn't helped us in any aspects. He just gave a fake commitments. He was on call with during the entire scene. I've the recordings. He did nothing.
This is for Savaari CEO, first be sensitive and train your team and bring some professional driver instead of 'inhuman' jokers. Still Savaari is immature to do deal with Taxi business. First learn the business ethics and ethics and then do the business.
Simply ignore Savaari, they will ruin/risk your enjoyable trip.
Drivers and Saavari team cheats, they have taken advance payments and the drivers will not turn up and they pull their pants down in the last moment do not book from here.

We had booked Savaari for a 5-day trip from Gurgaon to Nainital, Almora and then back to Gurgaon. We thought we were taking a service from a very big organization and hence, quality would be assured (as your customer service call keeps highlighting). The trip was from 24th to 28th Dec!
1. The driver's details a day before were shared with us and we called the driver 5 times in the evening before to confirm. No response. Next day morning, same situation. We had to call customer care and they connected us with the driver. He just didn't bother to take our call.
3. When he reached, we went down only to find the most broken-down car ever. It was a Swift Dzire. For 13k this was not something I was expecting. Driver's name was Sudhir Daima. Throughout he drove very rashly. We kept telling him to drive carefully but he wouldn’t listen.
5. When we reached the hills, we realized the car's 2nd gear isn't working! Every time the car slowed down at each turn (the Himalayan range has a fair few), he would raise it to the 3rd gear at full speed. Upon reaching we told him to get the car checked and even paid him 2k to do the same. This led us to both my husband and I to fall sick due to motion sickness.
6. Two days later, we left for Almora and on the way we understood, the driver will drive like we were in the F1 races. If anything, we know that the hills are where you need to be the most disciplined driver. But well, overtaking randomly, increasing the speed where it shouldn't be done is no biggie for Sudhir. So well, this led to us getting another bout of motion sickness.
7. On our way from Almora, my husband put in the location on the maps and we thought best to sleep given the way he drives. After a good 2 hours, we woke up to find he had gone from Almora to almost Pithoragarh which is in the opposite direction by 25 km. In the hills, even 1km detour is a good 10min delay. We basically spent 2 hours coming back and then moving back to Nainital. To make up for the time, he was back to rash driving. Thing is, in the hills, you cannot drive fast to cover distance - the terrain just doesn't allow. But can you really explain this to Mr. Sudhir?
8. The last and possibly the best part of our experience was our way back from Nainital to Gurgaon. No one can stop Sudhir and he was driving at crazy speed somewhere before Moradabad. I was listening to music with my husband's earpods and sitting right behind the driver seat. I noticed the car moving towards what seemed like a stationery car and I was thinking he would brake. But he went at full speed and rammed into the car. Agree my reflexes didn't react immediately (because you don't really expect a person to go ram into a stagnant car) and my face hit the headrest of the driver's seat. Well, now it is swollen and has a massive bruise. I am getting a CT scan done to know if I have any internal injuries or not. Not that I expect Savaari to do anything about it. Because when the incident happened and we called up your customer care they said, wait with the car for the car to be fixed. In the middle of nowhere India we will wait for 4hours. We persuaded a nearby village mechanic to arrange for a car - all Savaari said is that, whatever the additional cost, they would cover. Thankfully, to the good graces of the people there we got a cab and made our way back home.
We don't care about the money. The point is you just lost a customer and possibly many more as I will make sure this goes every freaking place (I took a good 30min to draft my experience for you, I intend to use it very well). Why would any customer come to you? For your service? You are not doing that. The cars are not quality checked, the assigned drivers have no sense of safe driving. Also leaving your customer at the mercy of people in a strange unknown place where we have no assurance of security or help. Your customer service didn't even note down the cab number of the cab that the locals helped us to arrange. Zero customer safety!
