Having already purchased the same design in a throw some weeks ago from an outlet in Holt and loved it, I was anxious to obtain another. It was so easy to order on line. Excellent quality.

Pleased with cutlery but so disappointed with delivery. Bought as a wedding present and delivery date was put back so many times I worried it would not arrive in time. Finally given a Friday delivery date but it still didn’t arrive until the following Monday.

Amazing product, quality

Beautiful product (vase) that was quality and perfect for my mothers 75th birthday.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered 2 cabinets, one of which arrived with a damaged door. I emailed the company immediately with pictures of the damage. A week later (and another email), I am still waiting for a response. I have since discovered that almost all of the pieces on the other cabinet are also poorly made with misaligned holes, poor quality finishing and paintwork, and scratches/dents. I regret not reading the reviews here before ordering as plenty of other customers shared a similar experience. Won't be shopping here again.

EDIT: Almost six weeks later (and much chasing via email, here, Paypal dispute, and Instagram), this has finally been resolved. I'm happy with the resolution, but SIX weeks is absolutely unacceptable, so regardless of the outcome, I'd still avoid this seller.

Brilliant product and arrived earlier than expected.

I was asked to buy Hay dishes for my daughter. I was looking to buy 4 of everything but in the end had to buy 2 '24cm' plates from another site because Royal Design were out of stock. Royal Design got the biggest share of the order, however. Everything arrived expertly packed and I checked each item for damage, given the long journey, and there was none - even the tall water jug was undamaged. What did let them down was Fed Ex. The goods arrived a day earlier than the original estimated delivery date. Normally not a problem but I had planned to be out that day and notification only came through the morning of delivery with no option to change the date. I went on Fed Ex's page for the UK and it said if nobody was in they would take away the package and try again the next day, or attempt to get a signature from a neighbour. Instead we came home late at night to find the package left on the front door step, which is right on the pavement, and soaking wet from being in the rain all day. We were lucky no passer-by had decided to help themselves to the package or even kick the cardboard box for fun. If Fed Ex ask me for feedback, they will not enjoy what I have to say. I have not even had formal notification from them that the parcel has been delivered. But Royal Design are to be congratulated. I will likely be back to add to the original order, but in another colour. I fully recommend this company.

Very bad delivery experience and more than 2 months wait time for the product. Did not provide the shipper with my contact details - product was not successfully delivered.

First delivery of two mugs, one was broken. Replaced quickly and with no fuss. And they are beautiful. One star for FedEx though, who compounded the breakage with a second delivery to the wrong house

Excellent service items delivered before time which suited me. Knocked the door and waited for a response, which seems a rarity nowadays they usually just leave parcel on the door step. The plates are beautiful would highly recommend this company.
